Regenera\u010dn\u00fd termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 technol\u00f3gia na regul\u00e1ciu emisi\u00ed v chemick\u00fdch z\u00e1vodoch. Je navrhnut\u00fd tak, aby \u00fa\u010dinne \u010distil prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny (VOC) a in\u00e9 nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP), ktor\u00e9 vznikaj\u00fa po\u010das priemyseln\u00fdch procesov. RTO s\u00fa zn\u00e1me svojou vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165ou a n\u00e1kladovou efekt\u00edvnos\u0165ou, v\u010faka \u010domu s\u00fa preferovanou vo\u013ebou mnoh\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkovate\u013eov chemick\u00fdch z\u00e1vodov.<\/p>\n

RTO funguje na princ\u00edpe termickej oxid\u00e1cie, ktor\u00e1 zah\u0155\u0148a spa\u013eovanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch. Syst\u00e9m pozost\u00e1va z viacer\u00fdch keramick\u00fdch l\u00f4\u017eok naplnen\u00fdch teplonosn\u00fdm m\u00e9diom, zvy\u010dajne keramick\u00fdmi gu\u013e\u00f4\u010dkami alebo \u0161trukt\u00farovan\u00fdmi keramick\u00fdmi blokmi. RTO pracuje v cykloch a vyu\u017e\u00edva teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje celkov\u00e1 spotreba energie.<\/p>\n
RTO nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa rozsiahle uplatnenie v r\u00f4znych procesoch v chemick\u00fdch z\u00e1vodoch vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n
Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor RTO je d\u00f4le\u017eitou technol\u00f3giou kontroly emisi\u00ed pre chemick\u00e9 z\u00e1vody. V meste Xi'an m\u00e1me v\u00fdskumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pre technol\u00f3gie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pre in\u017einierske technol\u00f3gie na redukciu uhl\u00edka z odpadov\u00fdch plynov, ako aj v\u00fdrobn\u00fa z\u00e1klad\u0148u s rozlohou 30 000 metrov \u0161tvorcov\u00fdch v meste Yangling. Sme popredn\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcom zariaden\u00ed RTO a rota\u010dn\u00fdch kolesov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed so zeolitov\u00fdm molekulov\u00fdm sitom na celom svete. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00fd technick\u00fd t\u00edm poch\u00e1dza z V\u00fdskumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pre raketov\u00e9 motory na kvapaln\u00e9 paliv\u00e1 (Aerospace Sixth Institute). V s\u00fa\u010dasnosti m\u00e1me viac ako 360 zamestnancov vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technologick\u00fdch chrbtic pre v\u00fdskum a v\u00fdvoj, vr\u00e1tane 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov, 6 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 193 doktorandov z termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
