RTO sa \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa v r\u00f4znych odvetviach vr\u00e1tane chemick\u00e9ho, farmaceutick\u00e9ho a potravin\u00e1rskeho priemyslu. Kon\u0161trukcia termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1tora RTO zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu v jeho v\u00fdkone a \u00fa\u010dinnosti. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 r\u00f4znym aspektom... <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/sk\/rto\/\">RTO tepeln\u00e9 okysli\u010dovadlo<\/a><br \/>\n dizajn.<\/p>\n<h2>Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed tepeln\u00e9ho gener\u00e1tora (RTO) je jeho syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla. Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla je zodpovedn\u00fd za zachyt\u00e1vanie a op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie tepla generovan\u00e9ho po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania. Existuj\u00fa dva typy syst\u00e9mov rekuper\u00e1cie tepla: keramick\u00e1 rekuper\u00e1cia tepla a kovov\u00e1 rekuper\u00e1cia tepla. Keramick\u00fd syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla je \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161\u00ed v\u010faka svojej vysokej tepelnej vodivosti a odolnosti vo\u010di tepeln\u00fdm \u0161okom. Kovov\u00fd syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla je na druhej strane menej \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd, ale je odolnej\u0161\u00ed a vy\u017eaduje si menej \u00fadr\u017eby. <\/p>\n<h3>Keramick\u00fd syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Keramick\u00fd syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie tepla pozost\u00e1va z keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, ktor\u00e9 absorbuje teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania. Toto teplo sa potom pren\u00e1\u0161a do priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm ho predhrieva pred vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory. Keramick\u00e1 vrstva m\u00e1 vysok\u00fa tepeln\u00fa vodivos\u0165, \u010do umo\u017e\u0148uje efekt\u00edvny prenos tepla. Keramick\u00e1 vrstva je tie\u017e odoln\u00e1 vo\u010di tepeln\u00fdm \u0161okom, \u010do predl\u017euje jej \u017eivotnos\u0165. <\/p>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m rekuper\u00e1cie kovov\u00e9ho tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m kovov\u00e9ho rekuper\u00e1cie tepla pozost\u00e1va z kovov\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla, ktor\u00e9 zachyt\u00e1vaj\u00fa a op\u00e4tovne vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa teplo generovan\u00e9 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania. Kovov\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla s\u00fa menej \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 ako keramick\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla kv\u00f4li ich ni\u017e\u0161ej tepelnej vodivosti. Kovov\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla s\u00fa v\u0161ak odolnej\u0161ie a vy\u017eaduj\u00fa si menej \u00fadr\u017eby.<\/p>\n<h2>Kon\u0161trukcia spa\u013eovacej komory<\/h2>\n<p>Spa\u013eovacia komora termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1tora RTO je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby zabezpe\u010dila \u00fapln\u00e9 sp\u00e1lenie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Kon\u0161trukcia spa\u013eovacej komory ovplyv\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 RTO. V RTO sa pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa dva typy spa\u013eovac\u00edch kom\u00f4r: jednokomorov\u00e9 a dvojkomorov\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Jednokomorov\u00e1 spa\u013eovacia komora<\/h3>\n<p>V jednokomorovej spa\u013eovacej komore vstupuje zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch do komory a zahrieva sa na po\u017eadovan\u00fa teplotu. Zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00face l\u00e1tky sa potom oxiduj\u00fa a plyny sa uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry. Jednokomorov\u00e9 spa\u013eovacie komory s\u00fa menej \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 ako dvojkomorov\u00e9 spa\u013eovacie komory, preto\u017ee s\u00fa n\u00e1chylnej\u0161ie na tepeln\u00e9 \u0161oky.<\/p>\n<h3>Dvojkomorov\u00e1 spa\u013eovacia komora<\/h3>\n<p>V dvojkomorovej spa\u013eovacej komore vstupuje zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch do predhrievacej komory, kde sa predhreje pred vstupom do spa\u013eovacej komory. Spa\u013eovacia komora je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby zabezpe\u010dila \u00fapln\u00e9 sp\u00e1lenie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Plyny sa potom uvo\u013e\u0148uj\u00fa do atmosf\u00e9ry. Dvojkomorov\u00e9 spa\u013eovacie komory s\u00fa \u00fa\u010dinnej\u0161ie ako jednokomorov\u00e9 spa\u013eovacie komory, preto\u017ee s\u00fa menej n\u00e1chyln\u00e9 na tepeln\u00e9 \u0161oky.<\/p>\n<h2>Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota<\/h2>\n<p>Prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota je kritick\u00fdm kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm faktorom pre termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor RTO. Optim\u00e1lna prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e1 teplota pre RTO je medzi 760 a 815 stup\u0148ami Celzia. Prev\u00e1dzka pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k tvorbe oxidov dus\u00edka (NOx) a oxidu uho\u013enat\u00e9ho (CO), zatia\u013e \u010do prev\u00e1dzka pri ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch m\u00f4\u017ee vies\u0165 k nedokonal\u00e9mu spa\u013eovaniu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok. Udr\u017eiavanie optim\u00e1lnej prev\u00e1dzkovej teploty je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre efekt\u00edvnu prev\u00e1dzku RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1ver<\/h2>\n<p>Z\u00e1verom mo\u017eno poveda\u0165, \u017ee kon\u0161trukcia termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1tora RTO zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu v jeho v\u00fdkone a \u00fa\u010dinnosti.
