Typicky sa meria teplota na vstupe a v\u00fdstupe z RTO a rozdiel medzi t\u00fdmito dvoma hodnotami sa pou\u017e\u00edva na v\u00fdpo\u010det \u00fa\u010dinnosti oxid\u00e1cie. Odpor\u00fa\u010da sa in\u0161talova\u0165 termo\u010dl\u00e1nky na r\u00f4zne miesta vo vn\u00fatri RTO na monitorovanie teplotn\u00e9ho profilu a identifik\u00e1ciu ak\u00fdchko\u013evek hor\u00facich alebo studen\u00fdch miest. To pom\u00e1ha zabezpe\u010di\u0165 rovnomernos\u0165 teplotn\u00e9ho profilu, \u010do je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 pre optim\u00e1lny v\u00fdkon RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>Monitorovanie poklesu tlaku<\/h2>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm kritick\u00fdm parametrom, ktor\u00fd treba monitorova\u0165, je pokles tlaku v RTO. Prietok je mo\u017en\u00e9 regulova\u0165 nastaven\u00edm polohy klapky alebo pomocou frekven\u010dn\u00e9ho meni\u010da (VFD) na regul\u00e1ciu ot\u00e1\u010dok ventil\u00e1tora. Syst\u00e9m RTO mus\u00ed ma\u0165 spr\u00e1vny pr\u00edvod vzduchu a paliva, aby sa udr\u017eal stabiln\u00fd proces spa\u013eovania. Ak je pomer paliva a vzduchu pr\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd alebo pr\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzky, m\u00f4\u017ee to vies\u0165 k nedokonal\u00e9mu spa\u013eovaniu, \u010do zni\u017euje \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 spa\u013eovania a zvy\u0161uje emisie.
