Syst\u00e9my RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysok\u00e9 teploty na rozklad prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru. V\u00fdsledkom je v\u00fdrazn\u00e9 zn\u00ed\u017eenie zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia, \u010do je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre udr\u017eanie udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9ho \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n<h2>Princ\u00edp fungovania RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO pozost\u00e1va zo spa\u013eovacej komory, rekupera\u010dnej jednotky a keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka. Proces za\u010d\u00edna ohrevom keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka na vysok\u00fa teplotu. Vzduch nas\u00fdten\u00fd prchav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi zl\u00fa\u010deninami (VOC) sa potom priv\u00e1dza do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zapa\u013euje a spa\u013euje pri vysokej teplote. Teplo zo spa\u013eovacej reakcie sa pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho vzduchu, ktor\u00fd sa potom priv\u00e1dza do keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka. Keramick\u00e9 l\u00f4\u017eko absorbuje teplo a VOC sa oxiduj\u00fa, \u010do vedie k emisii oxidu uhli\u010dit\u00e9ho a vodnej pary.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO m\u00e1 v petrochemickom priemysle nieko\u013eko v\u00fdhod, vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia VOC \u2013 RTO dok\u00e1\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia VOC a\u017e do 99%, \u010do je nevyhnutn\u00e9 pre minimaliz\u00e1ciu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/li>\n<li>N\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO maj\u00fa n\u00edzke prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady v\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti a n\u00edzkym n\u00e1rokom na \u00fadr\u017ebu.<\/li>\n<li>Rekuper\u00e1cia energie \u2013 syst\u00e9my RTO dok\u00e1\u017eu rekuperova\u0165 a\u017e 951 TP4T tepla generovan\u00e9ho po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania, \u010do vedie k v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m energie.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00falad s predpismi \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby sp\u013a\u0148ali miestne, \u0161t\u00e1tne a feder\u00e1lne predpisy t\u00fdkaj\u00face sa kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Aplik\u00e1cie RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO sa v petrochemickom priemysle \u0161iroko pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa na kontrolu zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia. Medzi aplik\u00e1cie syst\u00e9mov RTO patria:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kontrola VOC v prev\u00e1dzkach na lakovanie a n\u00e1tery \u2013 Syst\u00e9my RTO s\u00fa vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 pri kontrole emisi\u00ed VOC v prev\u00e1dzkach na lakovanie a n\u00e1tery.<\/li>\n<li>Kontrola HAP v chemickej v\u00fdrobe \u2013 syst\u00e9my RTO sa daj\u00fa pou\u017ei\u0165 aj na kontrolu emisi\u00ed HAP v procesoch chemickej v\u00fdroby.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny z pec\u00ed a su\u0161i\u010diek \u2013 syst\u00e9my RTO sa daj\u00fa pou\u017ei\u0165 na \u00fapravu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov z pec\u00ed a su\u0161i\u010diek v potravin\u00e1rskom priemysle.<\/li>\n<li>\u010cistenie odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d \u2013 syst\u00e9my RTO sa m\u00f4\u017eu pou\u017ei\u0165 na \u010distenie emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) z procesov \u010distenia odpadov\u00fdch v\u00f4d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00davahy o n\u00e1vrhu RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Pri navrhovan\u00ed syst\u00e9mu RTO je potrebn\u00e9 zv\u00e1\u017ei\u0165 nieko\u013eko faktorov, vr\u00e1tane:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Typ a koncentr\u00e1cia prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), ktor\u00e9 sa maj\u00fa upravova\u0165 \u2013 N\u00e1vrh syst\u00e9mu RTO by mal by\u0165 zalo\u017een\u00fd na type a koncentr\u00e1cii VOC, ktor\u00e9 sa maj\u00fa upravova\u0165.<\/li>\n<li>Po\u017eadovan\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia \u2013 \u00da\u010dinnos\u0165 ni\u010denia syst\u00e9mu RTO by mala by\u0165 zalo\u017een\u00e1 na regula\u010dn\u00fdch po\u017eiadavk\u00e1ch a \u0161pecifick\u00fdch potreb\u00e1ch aplik\u00e1cie.<\/li>\n<li>Prietok a teplota procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu \u2013 Prietok a teplota procesn\u00e9ho vzduchu by sa mali zoh\u013eadni\u0165 pri navrhovan\u00ed spa\u013eovacej komory a rekupera\u010dnej jednotky.<\/li>\n<li>Typ keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka \u2013 Typ keramick\u00e9ho l\u00f4\u017eka pou\u017eit\u00e9ho v syst\u00e9me RTO by sa mal vybera\u0165 na z\u00e1klade \u0161pecifick\u00fdch potrieb aplik\u00e1cie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\u00dadr\u017eba RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba je nevyhnutn\u00e1 pre zabezpe\u010denie spr\u00e1vneho fungovania syst\u00e9mu RTO.
