Je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby zni\u017eovala \u0161kodliv\u00e9 emisie, najm\u00e4 prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), ich premenou na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie produkty prostredn\u00edctvom vysokoteplotn\u00e9ho spa\u013eovania. To sa dosahuje vyu\u017eit\u00edm keramick\u00fdch m\u00e9di\u00ed, ktor\u00e9 funguj\u00fa ako regener\u00e1tory.<br \/>\n  \u2013 V\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny obsahuj\u00face prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia vstupuj\u00fa do RTO cez vstupn\u00fd kan\u00e1l a s\u00fa smerovan\u00e9 do jedn\u00e9ho z regenera\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00f4\u017eok.<br \/>\n  \u2013 Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium vo vn\u00fatri l\u00f4\u017eka absorbuje teplo z odch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho pr\u00fadu \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu a uklad\u00e1 ho pre oxida\u010dn\u00fd proces.<br \/>\n  \u2013 S\u00fa\u010dasne sa pr\u00fad plynu s obsahom zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok predhrieva pri prechode regenera\u010dn\u00fdm l\u00f4\u017ekom, \u010d\u00edm sa zvy\u0161uje energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Zni\u010denie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn:<br \/>\n  \u2013 Ke\u010f pr\u00fad plynu dosiahne spa\u013eovaciu komoru, je vystaven\u00fd vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m okolo 1 400 \u00b0C (2 552 \u00b0F).<br \/>\n  \u2013 Pri tejto teplote prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny podliehaj\u00fa tepelnej oxid\u00e1cii, rozkladaj\u00fa sa na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd (CO2), vodn\u00fa paru (H2O) a teplo.<br \/>\n  \u2013 Proces spa\u013eovania je sebesta\u010dn\u00fd, preto\u017ee teplo vznikaj\u00face po\u010das oxid\u00e1cie sa vyu\u017e\u00edva na udr\u017eanie po\u017eadovan\u00fdch vysok\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch tepl\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Prep\u00ednanie a \u010distenie:<br \/>\n  \u2013 Na zabezpe\u010denie nepretr\u017eitej prev\u00e1dzky a maximaliz\u00e1ciu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa RTO prep\u00ednac\u00ed a preplachovac\u00ed mechanizmus.<br \/>\n
