Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok sa pon\u00e1ra do fungovania RTO a zd\u00f4raz\u0148uje jeho k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty, princ\u00edpy fungovania a v\u00fdhody.<\/p>\n<h2>K\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Spa\u013eovacia komora:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Spa\u013eovacia komora je miestom, kde prebieha oxida\u010dn\u00fd proces. Je navrhnut\u00e1 tak, aby odolala vysok\u00fdm teplot\u00e1m a poskytovala optim\u00e1lne podmienky pre spa\u013eovanie.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Teplota vo vn\u00fatri spa\u013eovacej komory m\u00f4\u017ee dosiahnu\u0165 a\u017e 1 500 stup\u0148ov Celzia, \u010do zabezpe\u010duje \u00fapln\u00fa de\u0161trukciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<br \/>\n   \u2013 Hor\u00e1k sa pou\u017e\u00edva na spustenie a udr\u017eiavanie procesu spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla:<br \/>\n   \u2013 RTO obsahuje keramick\u00e9 v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla, ktor\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00fa rekuper\u00e1ciu tepla, v\u010faka \u010domu je syst\u00e9m energeticky \u00fasporn\u00fd.<br \/>\n   \u2013 V\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla s\u00fa zodpovedn\u00e9 za predhrievanie priv\u00e1dzan\u00e9ho zne\u010disten\u00e9ho vzduchu pomocou tepla generovan\u00e9ho po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Predhriaty vzduch sa potom vracia sp\u00e4\u0165 do spa\u013eovacej komory, \u010d\u00edm sa minimalizuje potreba extern\u00e9ho paliva.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Riadiaci syst\u00e9m:<br \/>\n   \u2013 RTO s\u00fa vybaven\u00e9 pokro\u010dil\u00fdmi riadiacimi syst\u00e9mami na monitorovanie a regul\u00e1ciu prev\u00e1dzky.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Riadiaci syst\u00e9m zabezpe\u010duje, aby sa teplota, prietok vzduchu a \u010fal\u0161ie parametre udr\u017eiavali v stanovenom rozsahu pre optim\u00e1lny v\u00fdkon.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Umo\u017e\u0148uje tie\u017e RTO prisp\u00f4sobi\u0165 sa meniacim sa koncentr\u00e1ci\u00e1m zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm podmienkam.<\/p>\n<h2>Pracovn\u00e9 princ\u00edpy RTO<\/h2>\n<p>1. Adsorp\u010dn\u00e1 f\u00e1za:<br \/>\n   \u2013 Po\u010das f\u00e1zy adsorpcie vstupuje zne\u010disten\u00fd vzduch obsahuj\u00faci prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny do RTO cez vstupn\u00fd kan\u00e1l.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Vzduch prech\u00e1dza cez vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, kde prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny pri\u013en\u00fa k povrchu v\u010faka svojej afinite k m\u00e9diu.<br \/>\n   \u2013 \u010cist\u00fd vzduch, teraz zbaven\u00fd prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn, pokra\u010duje do spa\u013eovacej komory.<\/p>\n<p>2. F\u00e1za spa\u013eovania:<br \/>\n   \u2013 V spa\u013eovacej komore sa hor\u00e1k zahrieva v spa\u013eovacom l\u00f4\u017eku s obsahom prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn, \u010d\u00edm sa zvy\u0161uje teplota.<br \/>\n   \u2013 S rast\u00facou teplotou za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00fa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) na m\u00e9diu oxidova\u0165 a rozklada\u0165 sa na menej \u0161kodliv\u00e9 ved\u013eaj\u0161ie produkty.<br \/>\n   \u2013 Energia uvo\u013enen\u00e1 po\u010das procesu spa\u013eovania je rekuperovan\u00e1 keramick\u00fdmi v\u00fdmenn\u00edkmi tepla.<\/p>\n<p>3.
