T\u00e1to technol\u00f3gia sa v posledn\u00fdch rokoch stala \u010doraz popul\u00e1rnej\u0161ou v\u010faka svojej vysokej \u00fa\u010dinnosti, n\u00edzkym prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdm n\u00e1kladom a environment\u00e1lnej udr\u017eate\u013enosti. V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku sa budeme venova\u0165 kon\u0161truk\u010dn\u00fdm aspektom RTO a ich aplik\u00e1ci\u00e1m v r\u00f4znych odvetviach.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00davahy o dizajne<\/h2>\n<h3>Syst\u00e9m v\u00fdmeny tepla<\/h3>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m v\u00fdmeny tepla je jednou z najd\u00f4le\u017eitej\u0161\u00edch s\u00fa\u010dast\u00ed tepeln\u00e9ho \u010derpadla (RTO). Pozost\u00e1va z keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia na v\u00fdmenu tepla, ktor\u00e9 striedavo absorbuje a uvo\u013e\u0148uje teplo po\u010das f\u00e1zy spa\u013eovania a predhrievania. Kon\u0161trukcia syst\u00e9mu v\u00fdmeny tepla je nevyhnutn\u00e1 na zabezpe\u010denie toho, aby teplota vstupuj\u00facich plynov bola dostato\u010dne vysok\u00e1 na spustenie procesu spa\u013eovania a aby teplota v\u00fdstupn\u00fdch plynov bola dostato\u010dne n\u00edzka na zabr\u00e1nenie zne\u010distenia \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia. <\/p>\n<h3>Kon\u0161trukcia spa\u013eovacej komory<\/h3>\n<p>Spa\u013eovacia komora zariadenia RTO je miestom, kde sa prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny oxiduj\u00fa. Kon\u0161trukcia spa\u013eovacej komory by mala tie\u017e zoh\u013ead\u0148ova\u0165 pokles tlaku v syst\u00e9me, aby sa zabezpe\u010dila energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165.<\/p>\n<h3>N\u00e1vrh riadiaceho syst\u00e9mu<\/h3>\n<p>Riadiaci syst\u00e9m RTO je zodpovedn\u00fd za monitorovanie a riadenie procesu spa\u013eovania s cie\u013eom zabezpe\u010di\u0165 optim\u00e1lny v\u00fdkon.
