Je to vysoko \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd syst\u00e9m, ktor\u00fd dok\u00e1\u017ee zni\u010di\u0165 a\u017e 991 ton prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tok zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich ovzdu\u0161ie (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch v\u00fdrobn\u00fdmi procesmi. RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa s\u00e9riu keramick\u00fdch v\u00fdmenn\u00edkov tepla na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie a recykl\u00e1ciu energie z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov, \u010do z nich rob\u00ed jednu z najn\u00e1kladovo efekt\u00edvnej\u0161\u00edch technol\u00f3gi\u00ed kontroly zne\u010distenia ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n<h2>Ako funguje RTO<\/h2>\n<p>RTO funguje v cyklickom procese, ktor\u00fd zah\u0155\u0148a nasleduj\u00face f\u00e1zy:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Predhrievanie: Prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faci pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov sa predhrieva pri prechode cez keramick\u00fd v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, ktor\u00fd je ohrievan\u00fd odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facim pr\u00fadom v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov z predch\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho cyklu.<\/li>\n<li>Spa\u013eovanie: Predhriaty pr\u00fad v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov vstupuje do spa\u013eovacej komory, kde sa zmie\u0161a so zemn\u00fdm plynom alebo prop\u00e1nom a zap\u00e1li.
