Presn\u00e9 mno\u017estvo zemn\u00e9ho plynu, ktor\u00e9 regenerat\u00edvny termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) pou\u017e\u00edva, sa m\u00f4\u017ee v\u00fdrazne l\u00ed\u0161i\u0165 v z\u00e1vislosti od \u0161pecifick\u00fdch prev\u00e1dzkov\u00fdch podmienok vr\u00e1tane typu a koncentr\u00e1cie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) a in\u00fdch zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok pr\u00edtomn\u00fdch vo v\u00fdfukovom pr\u00fade. V\u010faka svojej funkcii rekuper\u00e1cie tepla v\u0161ak RTO vo v\u0161eobecnosti spotrebuje menej paliva v porovnan\u00ed s in\u00fdmi termick\u00fdmi oxid\u00e1tormi.<\/p>\n
Regenera\u010dn\u00fd termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor je \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm na kontrolu emisi\u00ed prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC). Funguje tak, \u017ee zne\u010disten\u00fd odpadov\u00fd vzduch prech\u00e1dza cez v\u00fdmenn\u00edk tepla, kde sa predhrieva a potom spa\u013euje, \u010d\u00edm sa VOC zni\u010dia a premenia na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru.<\/p>\n
Okrem prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) dok\u00e1\u017eu RTO \u00fa\u010dinne kontrolova\u0165 aj z\u00e1pachov\u00e9 emisie, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa \u010dasto v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm probl\u00e9mom v odvetviach, ako je spracovanie odpadu, spracovanie potrav\u00edn a chemick\u00e1 v\u00fdroba.<\/p>\n
RTO m\u00f4\u017eu tie\u017e pom\u00f4c\u0165 kontrolova\u0165 mno\u017estvo pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc uvo\u013e\u0148ovan\u00fdch do \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia, \u010d\u00edm prispievaj\u00fa k \u010distej\u0161iemu ovzdu\u0161iu a lep\u0161iemu dodr\u017eiavaniu environment\u00e1lnych predpisov.<\/p>\n
Jednou z k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fdch v\u00fdhod RTO je ich energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165. Syst\u00e9m sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla umo\u017e\u0148uje op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 vyu\u017eitie tepla zo spa\u013eovacieho procesu, \u010d\u00edm sa v\u00fdrazne zni\u017euje spotreba paliva a prev\u00e1dzkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady. To tie\u017e prispieva k udr\u017eate\u013enosti zn\u00ed\u017een\u00edm uhl\u00edkovej stopy zariadenia.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 sa \u0161pecializuje na v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch zariaden\u00ed pre komplexn\u00e9 \u010distenie odpadov\u00fdch plynov VOC a energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technol\u00f3gie na zn\u00ed\u017eenie emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka. Tu s\u00fa niektor\u00e9 k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 vlastnosti na\u0161ich produktov:<\/p>\n
RTO transformuj\u00fa \u0161kodliv\u00e9 plyny na ne\u0161kodn\u00fd oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00fa paru, \u010d\u00edm chr\u00e1nia \u017eivotn\u00e9 prostredie.<\/p>\n
Priemyseln\u00e9 podniky musia dodr\u017eiava\u0165 r\u00f4zne environment\u00e1lne predpisy a emisn\u00e9 normy. RTO pom\u00e1haj\u00fa dosiahnu\u0165 tento s\u00falad.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva technol\u00f3giu sp\u00e4tn\u00e9ho z\u00edskavania tepla na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie a vyu\u017eitie tepla z odpadov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n

RTO dok\u00e1\u017ee spracova\u0165 \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok, v\u010faka \u010domu je v\u0161estrann\u00fdm rie\u0161en\u00edm pre priemyseln\u00e9 odvetvia.<\/p>\n
Zni\u017eovan\u00edm emisi\u00ed a op\u00e4tovn\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm tepla prispievaj\u00fa RTO k udr\u017eate\u013en\u00e9mu priemyseln\u00e9mu rozvoju.<\/p>\n
