Regenera\u010dn\u00fd termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor, be\u017ene zn\u00e1my ako RTO, je priemyseln\u00e9 zariadenie ur\u010den\u00e9 na \u00fapravu odpadov\u00e9ho vzduchu. RTO vyu\u017e\u00edva regenera\u010dn\u00fd proces na spa\u013eovanie prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), l\u00e1tok sp\u00f4sobuj\u00facich z\u00e1pach, dymu a pevn\u00fdch \u010dast\u00edc. Je obzvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd v oblasti \u00faspory energie a udr\u017eate\u013enosti, v\u010faka \u010domu je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fdm pr\u00edspevkom k ochrane \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia.<\/p>\n

Na\u0161a spolo\u010dnos\u0165 je popredn\u00fdm v\u00fdrobcom RTO v Minnesote so zameran\u00edm na komplexn\u00fa kontrolu VOC odpadov\u00fdch plynov a technol\u00f3giu zni\u017eovania emisi\u00ed uhl\u00edka. Na\u0161e RTO sa m\u00f4\u017eu pochv\u00e1li\u0165 nasleduj\u00facimi vlastnos\u0165ami:<\/p>\n
1. Pokro\u010dil\u00e9 tepeln\u00e9, spa\u013eovacie, tesniace a automatick\u00e9 riadiace technol\u00f3gie.<\/p>\n
2. Ovl\u00e1danie v\u00fdpo\u010dtov\u00fdch schopnost\u00ed simul\u00e1cie teplotn\u00e9ho po\u013ea a simul\u00e1cie modelovania pr\u00fadenia vzduchu.<\/p>\n
3. V\u00fdnimo\u010dn\u00e9 vlastnosti keramick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu na akumul\u00e1ciu tepla a skr\u00edningov\u00e9 schopnosti adsorp\u010dn\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu so zeolitov\u00fdm molekulov\u00fdm sitom.

4. Experiment\u00e1lne testovacie schopnosti charakterist\u00edk oxid\u00e1cie organick\u00fdch prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn pri vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch spa\u013eovania.<\/p>\n
5. \u0160pecializovan\u00fd t\u00edm s viac ako 360 zamestnancami vr\u00e1tane viac ako 60 technick\u00fdch pracovn\u00edkov v oblasti v\u00fdskumu a v\u00fdvoja, 3 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov na \u00farovni v\u00fdskumn\u00edkov, 6 ved\u00facich in\u017einierov a 2 doktorov termodynamiky.<\/p>\n
RTO zohr\u00e1vaj\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00fa \u00falohu v nieko\u013ek\u00fdch oh\u013eadoch:<\/p>\n
– Ochrana \u017eivotn\u00e9ho prostredia:<\/strong> RTO premie\u0148aj\u00fa \u0161kodliv\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny obsahuj\u00face prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010deniny na ne\u0161kodn\u00fd oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a paru.<\/p>\n – S\u00falad s predpismi:<\/strong> Priemyseln\u00e9 spolo\u010dnosti musia dodr\u017eiava\u0165 r\u00f4zne environment\u00e1lne predpisy a emisn\u00e9 normy. RTO pom\u00e1haj\u00fa pri dosahovan\u00ed tohto s\u00faladu.<\/p>\n – Obnova a \u00faspora energie:<\/strong> Syst\u00e9my RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa technol\u00f3giu rekuper\u00e1cie tepla na op\u00e4tovn\u00e9 zachytenie a vyu\u017eitie tepla z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<\/p>\n – Viacn\u00e1sobn\u00e9 \u010distenie zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok:<\/strong> RTO dok\u00e1\u017eu eliminova\u0165 \u0161irok\u00fa \u0161k\u00e1lu zne\u010dis\u0165uj\u00facich l\u00e1tok a zlep\u0161i\u0165 tak kvalitu ovzdu\u0161ia.<\/p>\n
