Regenera\u010dn\u00fd termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je nevyhnutn\u00fdm zariaden\u00edm v oblasti \u010distenia priemyseln\u00fdch odpadov\u00fdch plynov. Zohr\u00e1va k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00fa \u00falohu pri kontrole prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC), regul\u00e1cii zap\u00e1chaj\u00facich l\u00e1tok, regul\u00e1cii dymu a \u010dast\u00edc, \u00faspore energie a udr\u017eate\u013enosti. Pozrime sa bli\u017e\u0161ie na tieto funkcie:<\/p>\n
RTO s\u00fa navrhnut\u00e9 tak, aby ni\u010dili prchav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 zl\u00fa\u010denia (VOC) pr\u00edtomn\u00e9 v priemyseln\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynoch. Pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa vysok\u00fa teplotu, zvy\u010dajne nad 815 \u00b0C, na spustenie reakcie, ktor\u00e1 rozklad\u00e1 VOC na ne\u0161kodn\u00fd oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodu.<\/p>\n

Zariadenia RTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00fa regenerat\u00edvne v\u00fdmenn\u00edky tepla na sp\u00e4tn\u00e9 z\u00edskavanie tepla z oxida\u010dn\u00e9ho procesu. Toto sp\u00e4tne z\u00edskan\u00e9 teplo sa potom pou\u017e\u00edva na predhriatie prich\u00e1dzaj\u00faceho odpadov\u00e9ho plynu, \u010d\u00edm sa zni\u017euje celkov\u00e1 spotreba energie syst\u00e9mu a prispieva sa k udr\u017eate\u013enej prev\u00e1dzke.<\/p>\n
