Preto sa t\u00e1to \u010das\u0165 o\u0161etruje procesom UV fotol\u00fdzy + adsorpcie\/desorpcie s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm, aby sp\u013a\u0148ala normy, a potom sa vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a kom\u00ednom. Zdrojom tepla na desorpciu s akt\u00edvnym uhl\u00edm je v\u00fdmena tepla s v\u00fdfukov\u00fdmi plynmi z \u010distenia RTO a doplnkov\u00fdm elektrick\u00fdm ohrevom alebo rota\u010dn\u00fdm v\u00fdmenn\u00edkom tepla s koncentrovan\u00fdm zeolitov\u00fdm koncentr\u00e1tom alebo vysokoteplotn\u00fdm vzduchom RTO.<\/li>\n<li>H\u013abkotla\u010dov\u00fd stroj na cigaretov\u00e9 etikety sa vyzna\u010duje ve\u013ek\u00fdm objemom v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov a n\u00edzkou koncentr\u00e1ciou. Aj po \u00faprave zariadenia na zn\u00ed\u017eenie mno\u017estva vzduchu a zv\u00fd\u0161enie koncentr\u00e1cie nie je koncentr\u00e1cia vysok\u00e1, \u010do ovplyv\u0148uje suchos\u0165 a zvy\u0161ky rozp\u00fa\u0161\u0165adla v h\u013abkotla\u010dovom stroji. Preto sa organizovan\u00fd aj neorganizovan\u00fd zber odosiela na spracovanie na rota\u010dn\u00e9 koleso na koncentr\u00e1ciu zeolitu.<br \/>Tla\u010diare\u0148 na papier z borovice vodnej nem\u00e1 \u017eiadnu organiz\u00e1ciu a koncentr\u00e1cia v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov v miestnosti na mie\u0161anie farieb a v miestnosti na nebezpe\u010dn\u00fd odpad je zodpovedaj\u00facim sp\u00f4sobom n\u00edzka. Preto sa plyn tie\u017e priv\u00e1dza do kola na koncentr\u00e1ciu zeolitu na adsorpciu a \u00fapravu koncentr\u00e1ciou. Vy\u010disten\u00fd plyn sa vyp\u00fa\u0161\u0165a kom\u00ednom, aby sp\u013a\u0148al normu.<br \/>Vzh\u013eadom na to, \u017ee adsorp\u010dn\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnos\u0165 zeolitov\u00e9ho koncentra\u010dn\u00e9ho kolesa je najvy\u0161\u0161ia pri teplote \u2264 40 \u2103 a relat\u00edvnej vlhkosti \u2264 70%, pri vy\u0161\u0161\u00edch teplot\u00e1ch sa prid\u00e1va \u010fal\u0161ie povrchov\u00e9 chladiace zariadenie (napr\u00edklad chladiaca ve\u017ea s vodou), aby sa zabezpe\u010dila optim\u00e1lna teplota a relat\u00edvna vlhkos\u0165 v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov.<br \/>Desorp\u010dn\u00e9 teplo z koncentra\u010dn\u00e9ho kolesa zeolitu poch\u00e1dza z regenerat\u00edvnej oxida\u010dnej pece s rota\u010dn\u00fdm ventilom (RTO);<\/li>\n<li>Tla\u010diare\u0148 na papier z borovice vodnej m\u00e1 ve\u013ek\u00fd objem v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov a vysok\u00fa koncentr\u00e1ciu prchav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC) vo v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynoch. Preto je syst\u00e9m hor\u00faceho vzduchu tla\u010diarensk\u00e9ho stroja upraven\u00fd pomocou LEL, aby sa zn\u00ed\u017eili v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny a zv\u00fd\u0161ila sa koncentr\u00e1cia v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynov. Zachyten\u00e9 v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny sa posielaj\u00fa do rota\u010dnej ventilovej tepelnej akumula\u010dnej oxida\u010dnej pece (RTO) na priame spa\u013eovanie.
