We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in comprehensive VOCs waste gas treatment and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team, consisting of 60+ R&D technicians, has expertise in four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control. We also have the ability to simulate temperature and airflow fields and perform testing on ceramic thermal storage materials, molecular sieve adsorption materials, and high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter. Our company has built RTO technology research and development and exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology centers in Xi’an, as well as a 30,000m1 production base in Yangling. We are proud to say that our RTO equipment production and sales volume is far ahead in the world.

Research and Development Platforms

• High-efficiency combustion control technology test stand: This platform is used to study combustion stabilization technology and high-efficiency combustion control technology. It can provide a simulation environment for high-temperature combustion and gasification of different fuels.
• Molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test stand: This platform is used to study the performance of different molecular sieve adsorption materials and optimize the process parameters of adsorption technology.
• Efficient ceramic thermal storage technology test stand: This platform is used to study the thermal storage characteristics of different ceramic thermal storage materials and optimize the process parameters of thermal storage technology.
• Ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test stand: This platform is used to study the recovery and utilization of waste heat from high-temperature flue gas and to optimize the process parameters of heat recovery technology.
• Gaseous fluid sealing technology test stand: This platform is used to study the sealing technology of gaseous fluid and optimize the sealing structure of equipment.

Patents and Honors

On core technologies, we have applied for 68 patents, including 21 invention patents, and our patented technologies basically cover key components. Among them, we have been granted 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.

Production Capabilities

• Steel plate and section automatic shot blasting and painting production line: This production line is used for surface preparation and painting of steel plates and sections.
• Manual shot blasting production line: This production line is used to clean the surface of large and complex workpieces.
• Dust removal and environmental protection equipment: Our dust removal equipment is designed to remove harmful particles and fumes from industrial processes, improving air quality and reducing environmental impact.
• Automatic painting room: This room is equipped with a fully automatic painting system, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish.
• Drying room: Our drying room is used to remove moisture from the surface of workpieces, ensuring proper adhesion of paint and coatings.
