We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). It has more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company has built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m² production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead in the world.

R&D Platforms

• Efficient Combustion Control Technology Test Bench: This platform has high precision and stability, which can simulate various combustion environments. It can also simulate the combustion process of different fuels and optimize the combustion efficiency.
• Molecular Sieve Adsorption Efficiency Test Bench: This platform can evaluate the adsorption performance of various materials, and select the appropriate molecular sieve adsorption materials according to the characteristics of VOCs waste gas.
• Efficient Ceramic Heat Storage Technology Test Bench: This platform can test the thermal storage capacity and temperature stability of various ceramic materials, and optimize the thermal storage performance of the regenerative thermal oxidizer.
• Ultra-high Temperature Waste Heat Recovery Test Bench: This platform can test the high-temperature oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter, and effectively recover the waste heat generated during the combustion process.
• Gaseous Fluid Sealing Technology Test Bench: This platform can test the sealing performance of various sealing materials under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, and optimize the sealing design of the regenerative thermal oxidizer.

Our company has four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control. It has the ability to simulate temperature fields and air flow field simulation modeling and calculation. It also has the ability to test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, the selection of molecular sieve adsorption materials, and the experimental testing of the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter.

On core technologies, we have applied for a total of 68 patents, including 21 invention patents. The patented technologies basically cover key components. Among them, we have been authorized 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
