We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compound (VOC) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology equipment manufacturing. Efficient combustion control technology test bench: It focuses on the study of combustion mechanisms, combustion stability control, and pollutant emission control, and provides a strong technical guarantee for RTO equipment combustion control. The molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench has the functions of adsorption performance, desorption performance, and regeneration performance testing of various molecular sieve materials, which provides strong support for the selection, research and development, and performance evaluation of molecular sieve materials. The efficient ceramic heat storage technology test bench combines the ceramic heat storage material with the RTO equipment to form an efficient energy-saving device. The ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test bench is used to recover high-temperature waste heat and increase energy efficiency. The gaseous fluid sealing technology test bench is used to study the sealing performance of various sealing materials under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions, and provides technical support for the sealing of RTO equipment.
Regarding core technology, we have applied for 68 patents, including 21 invention patents. These patents cover key components of our technology. We have been authorized to have 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
The steel plate and profile automatic shot blasting and painting production line is mainly used for the pretreatment of steel plates and profiles. The manual shot blasting production line is used for the pretreatment of large workpieces. The dust removal and environmental protection equipment is used to purify waste gas produced in the production process. The automatic painting room is used for the final painting of products with high quality requirements. The drying room is used for the drying of painted products to meet the requirements of rapid delivery.
