We are a high-tech enterprise focused on the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute), and it consists of over 60 R&D technicians, including three senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company has built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, as well as a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead in the world.

Această platformă este utilizată pentru a testa performanța tehnologiei noastre de etanșare a fluxului de gaz. Testele ne ajută să optimizăm designul sistemului de etanșare și să îmbunătățim eficiența generală a acestuia.

Am dezvoltat o serie de tehnologii de bază și am depus cereri pentru diverse brevete. În prezent, avem 68 de cereri de brevet, inclusiv 21 de brevete de invenție, iar tehnologia noastră brevetată acoperă componente cheie. Ni s-au acordat deja patru brevete de invenție, 41 de brevete de model de utilitate, șase brevete de aspect și șapte drepturi de autor pentru software.

În ceea ce privește capacitățile de producție, avem mai multe linii de producție automatizate, inclusiv linii de sablare și vopsire automată a tablei și profilelor de oțel, linii de sablare manuală, echipamente de îndepărtare a prafului și de protecție a mediului, camere automate de pulverizare a vopselei și camere de uscare.
