Entre elas, obtivemos 4 patentes de invenção, 41 patentes de modelo de utilidade, 6 patentes de design e 7 direitos autorais de software.

Nossa capacidade de produção inclui linhas de produção automáticas de jateamento e pintura de chapas e perfis de aço, linhas de produção manuais de jateamento, equipamentos de remoção de poeira e proteção ambiental, cabines de pintura automática e salas de secagem. As linhas de produção automáticas de jateamento e pintura de chapas e perfis de aço realizam automaticamente o tratamento de superfície e a pintura, aumentando a eficiência da produção e reduzindo os custos de mão de obra. As linhas de jateamento manual realizam o tratamento de superfície manualmente, sendo adequadas para produção em pequenos lotes. Os equipamentos de remoção de poeira e proteção ambiental removem com eficiência os gases residuais e a poeira gerados pelos diversos processos de produção, atendendo aos requisitos de proteção ambiental. As cabines de pintura automática realizam automaticamente as operações de pulverização, aumentando a eficiência da produção e reduzindo os custos de mão de obra. As salas de secagem podem ser integradas às cabines de pintura automática para realizar a secagem dos produtos pintados.
