luchtverontreinigingscontrole in de industrie is het regeneratieve thermische oxidatorsysteem, algemeen bekend als RTO. RTO gebruikt een keramisch bed dat is verhit van de vorige oxidatiecyclus om de invoergassen voor te verwarmen en ze gedeeltelijk te oxideren. Het voorverwarmde gas komt de verbrandingskamer binnen, die wordt verhit door een externe brandstofbron om de beoogde oxidatietemperatuur tussen 760 \u00b0C (1.400 \u00b0F) en 820 \u00b0C (1.510 \u00b0F) te bereiken. Voor toepassingen die maximale schade vereisen, kan de uiteindelijke temperatuur oplopen tot 1.100 \u00b0C (2.010 \u00b0F). De luchtstroom varieert van 2,4 tot 240 standaard kubieke meter per seconde.<\/p>\n<p>RTO (regeneratieve thermische oxidator) is veelzijdig en zeer effici\u00ebnt \u2013 tot 95% thermische effici\u00ebntie. Ze worden vaak gebruikt om oplosmiddelen, dampen, geuren, enz. uit alle lagen van de bevolking te verminderen. RTO regeneratieve thermische oxidatoren zijn ideaal voor lage tot hoge VOC-concentratiebereiken tot 10 g\/m3 oplosmiddelen.
