In 1954 werd het voor het eerst gebruikt voor gaszuivering in de Zuid-Afrikaanse kolenvergassingsindustrie.<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leveranciers van pakketpakketten voor methanolwasprocessen bij lage temperaturen zijn onder meer Linde, Lurgi, Dalian University of Technology, enz.<\/li>\n<li>Er bestaan verschillende vergassingsprocessen, die in drie categorie\u00ebn kunnen worden onderverdeeld: vast bed, wervelbed en wervelbed;<\/li>\n<li>Bij de bepaling of het rookgas een restwarmteterugwinningswaarde heeft, wordt vooral gekeken naar het CH4-gehalte in het rookgas;<\/li>\n<li>De concentratie van CH4 is afhankelijk van het vergassingsproces. Deze berekening kan intrinsieke veiligheid garanderen, maar het uitlaatgasvolume is relatief groot.<\/p>\n<p>Vanwege de aanwezigheid van een grote hoeveelheid inert gas CO2 in het uitlaatgas N2 van de methanolwas bij lage temperaturen, een kleine hoeveelheid brandbare componenten,<br \/>Volgens de berekeningsmethode voor een mengsel dat n brandbare gassen en p inerte gassen bevat, kan worden vastgesteld dat het laagwaardige gemengde uitlaatgas van brandbare en inerte gassen niet brandbaar en niet explosief is.<\/p>\n<p>Daarom heeft het uitlaatgas van methanolwassing bij lage temperaturen geen bovenste of onderste explosiegrenzen.<br \/>De hoeveelheid luchtverversing voor het rookgas dat bij het wassen van methanol op lage temperatuur wordt gebruikt, kan worden bepaald op basis van het maakt gebruik van vergassingstechnologie met gebroken steenkool onder druk. Naast de hoofdcomponenten CO\u2082 en N\u2082 bevat de rookgasreiniging met lage temperatuur methanol ook methaan, niet-methaan totale koolwaterstoffen, CO\u2082, methanol, enz. Deze rookgassen worden momenteel via de ketelschoorsteen afgevoerd. Volgens de milieueisen is een behandeling voor de verwijdering van vluchtige organische stoffen (VOS) vereist. Daarnaast heeft de polyoxymethyleeninstallatie ook drie rookgassen die behandeld moeten worden.<\/p>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/0-RTO-CASE.webp” alt=”RTO CASE” title_text=”0 RTO CASE” align=”center” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][\/et_pb_image][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”]<\/p>\n<h3>Procesroute<\/h3>\n<p>Op basis van de kenmerken van brandbare componenten in uitlaatgassen hebben onze ingenieurs besloten om de behandelingstechnologie van &quot;RTO-zuivering + middeldruk stoomafvalwarmteketel voor warmteterugwinning&quot; te gebruiken. Volgens het unieke &quot;Le Chater &amp; Inert Gas Correction Theory Safety Air Distribution Algorithm&quot; van ons bedrijf hebben we besloten om een RTO-roterende klep met een luchtvolume van 270.000 te selecteren, met een zuurstofgehalte van 5% in het uitlaatgas na verbranding.
