Methaan met een lage concentratie heeft een groot emissievolume<\/h3>\n

  • In 2018 bedroeg de wereldwijde methaanlekkage uit kolenmijnen 40 miljoen ton, wat overeenkomt met de uitstoot van 1 miljard ton CO2-equivalent aan broeikasgassen. De Chinese uitstoot is goed voor meer dan de helft van de totale wereldwijde methaanuitstoot door kolenwinning.<\/li>\n
  • In 2018 won China 13 miljard kubieke meter gas, waarvan 5,3 miljard kubieke meter met een concentratie groter dan 9% werd benut, met een benuttingsgraad van 40,7%.<\/li>\n

                                • Principe en functie:<\/strong>
                                  Droge vlamdovers maken gebruik van het principe van vlamdovend vermogen in smalle spleten door roestvrijstalen platen te buigen en te overlappen, waardoor een vlamdovende laag met zeer kleine openingen ontstaat. Wanneer er een vlam in de pijpleiding ontstaat, wordt deze geblokkeerd door een droge vlamdover, waardoor de vlam dooft of de intensiteit van de brand afneemt. Deze vlamdover speelt een belemmerende rol bij de verspreiding van vlammen.
                                  Aan de onderkant zit een aftapkraan die regelmatig geopend moet worden om te voorkomen dat er te veel water in de brandvertragende kern ophoopt, wat de werking ervan zou kunnen be\u00efnvloeden.
                                  Aan beide zijden van de bovenste brandvertragende kern zitten drukmeters waarmee gecontroleerd kan worden of de brandvertragende kern geblokkeerd is.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                                    De zeer effici\u00ebnte samengestelde gas-vloeistofscheider heeft meerdere functies, zoals ontwatering, stofverwijdering en drukstabilisatie, en is een gaszuiveringsbehandelingsapparaat.
                                    Toepassing van cycloonscheidingstechnologie, waarbij centrifugale kracht wordt gebruikt voor gas-vloeistofscheiding. Het afgescheiden water stroomt langs de cilinderwand naar beneden, terwijl het gas langs de cilinderwand omhoog spiraalt en via het secundaire zuiveringseffect van de bovenste scheidingslaag de gaszijde binnenkomt.
