축열식 산화장치(RTO)는 다양한 산업 분야에서 휘발성 유기 화합물(VOC)을 제어하는 데 널리 사용되는 기술입니다. 본 논문에서는 방수 코일 산업에서 사용 가능한 RTO 대안을 살펴보고, 이 산업에서 VOC 제어를 위해 RTO를 사용할 때의 이점을 살펴봅니다.
We are a high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) exhaust gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technologies. Our core technical team is from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Institute No. 6); we have more than 60 research and development technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. We have four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and self-control; we have the ability to simulate and calculate temperature field and airflow field; we have the ability to test the performance of ceramic heat storage materials, compare molecular sieve adsorption materials, and test the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic compounds.
