\u6e29\u5ba4\u52b9\u679c\u30ac\u30b9\u306e\u6392\u51fa<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO \u81ea\u4f53\u306f\u3001\u904b\u7528\u4e2d\u306b\u6e29\u5ba4\u52b9\u679c\u30ac\u30b9 (GHG) \u3092\u76f4\u63a5\u6392\u51fa\u3057\u307e\u305b\u3093\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u305f\u3060\u3057\u3001RTO \u306b\u96fb\u529b\u3092\u4f9b\u7d66\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u5fc5\u8981\u306a\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u306f\u5316\u77f3\u71c3\u6599\u6e90\u304b\u3089\u4f9b\u7d66\u3055\u308c\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u3001\u9593\u63a5\u7684\u306a GHG \u306e\u5168\u4f53\u7684\u306a\u30a8\u30cd\u30eb\u30ae\u30fc\u8981\u4ef6\u3092\u524a\u6e1b\u3067\u304d\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. \u9a12\u97f3\u516c\u5bb3<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO \u306e\u52d5\u4f5c\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u7279\u306b\u4f4f\u5b85\u5730\u306e\u8fd1\u304f\u306b\u8a2d\u7f6e\u3055\u308c\u3066\u3044\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u9a12\u97f3\u304c\u767a\u751f\u3059\u308b\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u9632\u97f3\u58c1\u3084\u3001RTO
