We are a leading high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team is comprised of more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers, who come from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute).
We possess four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control. Our expertise extends to simulating temperature fields and air flow field simulation modeling and calculation. Additionally, we have the capability to test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, the selection of molecular sieve adsorption materials, and the experimental testing of the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter.
In the ancient city of Xi’an, we have established an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center. Furthermore, we have a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. As a result, our production and sales volume of RTO equipment is unparalleled worldwide.
1. High-efficiency combustion control technology test bench: This platform enables us to develop and optimize combustion processes to minimize emissions and maximize energy efficiency. With advanced control systems and precise monitoring, we can achieve optimal combustion performance.
2. Molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench: Through this platform, we can evaluate the adsorption performance and capacity of different molecular sieve materials. This allows us to select the most efficient adsorbents for VOCs treatment, ensuring optimal purification results.
3. High-efficiency ceramic thermal storage technology test bench: Our test bench enables us to study and improve the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials. By optimizing thermal energy storage and release, we can enhance the overall energy efficiency of our systems.
4. Ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test bench: With this platform, we can explore innovative methods to recover and utilize ultra-high temperature waste heat. By converting waste heat into usable energy, we contribute to both environmental sustainability and cost reduction.
5. Gas fluid sealing technology test bench: This platform allows us to develop and test advanced gas fluid sealing technologies. By ensuring effective seals, we prevent gas leakage and improve the overall efficiency and safety of our systems.
We have a remarkable track record in terms of patents and honors. We have applied for 68 patents, including 21 invention patents, covering key components of our technologies. Currently, we have been granted 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
1. Steel plate and profile automatic shot blasting and painting production line: This advanced production line allows us to efficiently prepare steel plates and profiles for various applications, ensuring high-quality surface finishes and optimal corrosion resistance.
2. Manual shot blasting production line: With this production line, we can effectively remove rust, scale, and other contaminants from different types of surfaces. This process is crucial for achieving proper adhesion and surface preparation.
3. Dust removal and environmental protection equipment: We specialize in the production of cutting-edge dust removal and environmental protection equipment. Our systems effectively capture and remove airborne pollutants, contributing to cleaner and healthier environments.
4. Automatic painting booth: Our automated painting booth ensures precise and uniform paint application on different products. By employing advanced spraying technology, we achieve superior coating quality and reduce waste.
5. Drying room: Our drying rooms provide controlled environments for drying various products. With precise temperature and humidity control, we ensure optimal drying conditions without compromising product integrity.
