la pollution de l'air les plus largement accept\u00e9es dans l'industrie aujourd'hui est le syst\u00e8me d'oxydation thermique r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, commun\u00e9ment appel\u00e9 RTO. Le RTO utilise un lit de c\u00e9ramique chauff\u00e9 lors du cycle d'oxydation pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent pour pr\u00e9chauffer les gaz d'entr\u00e9e afin de les oxyder partiellement. Le gaz pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 p\u00e9n\u00e8tre dans la chambre de combustion, qui est chauff\u00e9e par une source de combustible externe pour atteindre la temp\u00e9rature d'oxydation cible entre 760\u00b0C (1 400 \u00b0F) et 820\u00b0C (1 510 \u00b0F). Pour les applications n\u00e9cessitant des dommages maximaux, la temp\u00e9rature finale peut atteindre 1 100 \u00b0C (2 010 \u00b0F). Le d\u00e9bit d'air varie de 2,4 \u00e0 240 m\u00e8tres cubes standard par seconde.<\/p>\n<p>Le RTO (oxydateur thermique r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif) est polyvalent et tr\u00e8s efficace - jusqu'\u00e0 95% d'efficacit\u00e9 thermique. Ils sont souvent utilis\u00e9s pour r\u00e9duire les solvants, les fum\u00e9es, les odeurs, etc. dans tous les domaines de la vie. Les oxydateurs thermiques r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratifs RTO sont id\u00e9aux pour les gammes de concentrations de COV faibles \u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9es, jusqu'\u00e0 10 g\/m3 de solvants. r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif ?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Un oxyde thermique r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratif (RTO) est un dispositif de combustion qui contr\u00f4le les compos\u00e9s organiques volatils (COV), les polluants atmosph\u00e9riques dangereux (PAD) et les odeurs en convertissant les \u00e9missions en \u00e9missions (destructives) et en utilisant la chaleur pour convertir les \u00e9missions en CO2 et H2O avant de les rejeter dans l'atmosph\u00e8re.
