We are a high-tech enterprise specializing in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). We have more than 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company has four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control. We have the ability to simulate temperature fields and air flow field simulation modeling and calculation. Additionally, we can test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, the selection of molecular sieve adsorption materials, and the experimental testing of the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter. Our RTO technology research and development center and exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center are located in the ancient city of Xi’an, and we have a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of our RTO equipment is leading in the world.

1. High-efficiency combustion control technology test bench: This test bench allows us to develop and optimize combustion processes, ensuring efficient and clean burning of VOCs waste gas.

2. Molecular sieve adsorption performance test bench: With this test bench, we can evaluate the effectiveness of different molecular sieve adsorption materials in capturing and removing VOCs from waste gas.

3. High-efficiency ceramic thermal storage technology test bench: This test bench enables us to study and improve the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, which play a crucial role in energy-saving and heat recovery processes.

4. Ultra-high temperature waste heat recovery test bench: With this test bench, we can explore innovative technologies to recover and utilize waste heat generated during VOCs treatment processes, contributing to energy efficiency.

5. Gas fluid sealing technology test bench: This test bench allows us to develop and test advanced sealing solutions for efficient containment of VOCs waste gas, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

We have established a remarkable portfolio of patents and honors in our core technologies. We have applied for a total of 68 patents, including 21 invention patents, covering key components. We have been granted 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
