We are a high-tech enterprise focused on the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute), and it consists of over 60 R&D technicians, including three senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company has built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, as well as a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead in the world.

1. Banc d'essai pour la technologie de contrôle de combustion à haut rendement :


This platform is used to simulate the process of volatile organic compounds’ combustion, so that we can optimize the combustion process and improve the combustion efficiency.

2. Banc d'essai d'efficacité d'adsorption sur tamis moléculaire :


Cette plateforme permet de tester les performances des matériaux d'adsorption à base de tamis moléculaires. L'efficacité d'adsorption du matériau est testée dans différentes conditions, ce qui contribue à améliorer l'efficacité globale du processus d'adsorption.

3. Banc d'essai pour la technologie avancée de stockage de chaleur en céramique :


Cette plateforme sert à tester les performances de nos matériaux de stockage thermique céramiques. Ces tests nous permettent d'optimiser la conception du système de stockage de chaleur et d'améliorer son rendement global.

4. Banc d'essai de récupération de chaleur résiduelle à ultra-haute température :


This platform is used to test the performance of our waste heat recovery system. The tests help us to improve the system’s overall efficiency and recover more waste heat.

5. Banc d'essai de la technologie d'étanchéité par flux de gaz :


Cette plateforme sert à tester les performances de notre technologie d'étanchéité par flux de gaz. Ces tests nous permettent d'optimiser la conception du système d'étanchéité et d'améliorer son efficacité globale.

Nous avons développé plusieurs technologies clés et déposé de nombreuses demandes de brevets. À ce jour, nous détenons 68 demandes de brevets, dont 21 brevets d'invention, et notre technologie brevetée couvre des composants essentiels. Nous avons déjà obtenu quatre brevets d'invention, 41 brevets de modèle d'utilité, six brevets de conception et sept droits d'auteur sur des logiciels.

En termes de capacités de production, nous disposons de plusieurs lignes automatisées, notamment des lignes de grenaillage et de peinture automatiques pour tôles et profilés en acier, des lignes de grenaillage manuelles, des équipements de dépoussiérage et de protection de l'environnement, des cabines de peinture automatiques et des salles de séchage. Ces lignes nous permettent de produire efficacement un volume important de produits de qualité.
