We are a high-tech enterprise focused on the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute), and it consists of over 60 R&D technicians, including three senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company has built an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, as well as a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead in the world.

This platform is used to simulate the process of volatile organic compounds’ combustion, so that we can optimize the combustion process and improve the combustion efficiency.

2. Banco de pruebas de eficiencia de adsorción de tamiz molecular:


Esta plataforma se utiliza para evaluar el rendimiento de los materiales de adsorción de tamices moleculares. La eficiencia de adsorción del material se evalúa en diferentes condiciones, lo que nos ayuda a mejorar la eficiencia general del proceso de adsorción.

3. Banco de pruebas de tecnología avanzada de almacenamiento de calor cerámico:


Esta plataforma se utiliza para probar el rendimiento de nuestros materiales cerámicos de almacenamiento térmico. Las pruebas nos ayudan a optimizar el diseño del sistema de almacenamiento de calor y a mejorar su eficiencia general.

4. Banco de pruebas de recuperación de calor residual de temperatura ultraalta:


This platform is used to test the performance of our waste heat recovery system. The tests help us to improve the system’s overall efficiency and recover more waste heat.

5. Banco de pruebas de tecnología de sellado por flujo de gas:


Esta plataforma se utiliza para probar el rendimiento de nuestra tecnología de sellado por flujo de gas. Las pruebas nos ayudan a optimizar el diseño del sistema de sellado y a mejorar su eficiencia general.

Hemos desarrollado diversas tecnologías clave y solicitado diversas patentes. Actualmente, contamos con 68 solicitudes de patente, incluidas 21 patentes de invención, y nuestra tecnología de patentes abarca componentes clave. Ya hemos obtenido cuatro patentes de invención, 41 patentes de modelo de utilidad, seis patentes de apariencia y siete derechos de autor de software.

En cuanto a la capacidad de producción, contamos con varias líneas de producción automatizadas, incluyendo líneas de producción automáticas de granallado y pintado de placas y perfiles de acero, líneas de granallado manual, equipos de eliminación de polvo y protección ambiental, salas de pulverización de pintura automáticas y salas de secado. Estas líneas de producción nos permiten producir un alto volumen de productos de calidad de forma eficiente.
