We are a high-tech enterprise that specializes in the comprehensive treatment of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) waste gas and carbon reduction and energy-saving technology for high-end equipment manufacturing. Our core technical team comes from the Aerospace Liquid Rocket Engine Research Institute (Aerospace Sixth Institute). The team comprises over 60 R&D technicians, including 3 senior engineers at the researcher level and 16 senior engineers. Our company is equipped with four core technologies: thermal energy, combustion, sealing, and automatic control. We possess the ability to simulate temperature fields and air flow field simulation modeling and calculation, test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, select molecular sieve adsorption materials, and experimentally test the high-temperature incineration and oxidation characteristics of VOCs organic matter. Our company has established an RTO technology research and development center and an exhaust gas carbon reduction engineering technology center in the ancient city of Xi’an, and a 30,000m122 production base in Yangling. The production and sales volume of RTO equipment is far ahead of that of other companies worldwide.
We maintain a comprehensive R&D platform that includes a high-efficiency combustion control technology test bench, a molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench, a high-efficiency ceramic heat storage technology test bench, a high-temperature waste heat recovery test bench, and a gaseous fluid sealing technology test bench. Each of these platforms is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies to facilitate accurate and efficient testing. The high-efficiency combustion control technology test bench is designed to measure combustion efficiency and reduce pollution emissions. The molecular sieve adsorption efficiency test bench is used to measure the performance of molecular sieve adsorption materials, which are widely used in industrial processes. The high-efficiency ceramic heat storage technology test bench is used to test the performance of ceramic thermal storage materials, which are crucial for thermal energy storage and conversion. The high-temperature waste heat recovery test bench is used to recover waste heat from high-temperature exhaust gas, and the gaseous fluid sealing technology test bench is used to test the sealing performance of various sealing materials.
In terms of patents and honors, we have applied for 68 patents in various fields, including 21 invention patents, and these patents cover most of our core technologies. We have been granted 4 invention patents, 41 utility model patents, 6 design patents, and 7 software copyrights.
Our production capacity is significant and includes a steel plate and profile automatic shot blasting and painting production line, a manual shot blasting production line, dust removal environmental protection equipment, an automatic painting room, and a drying room. The steel plate and profile automatic shot blasting and painting production line is used in the manufacturing process for surface treatment, cleaning, and painting. The manual shot blasting production line is used to clean the surface of workpieces in various industries. The dust removal environmental protection equipment is used to remove particulate matter and dust from exhaust gas, and the automatic painting room and drying room are used in the production of surface coatings.
