RTO jsou navr\u017eeny pro regulaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) emitovan\u00fdch z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se bude zab\u00fdvat \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed RTO v re\u00e1ln\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b pro... <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto-for-waterproof-coil-industry\/\">pr\u016fmysl vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch c\u00edvek<\/a> a pro\u010d je to pro toto odv\u011btv\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Co je to RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>RTO je typ termick\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1toru, kter\u00fd vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 lo\u017ee z keramick\u00e9ho materi\u00e1lu k zachycen\u00ed a udr\u017een\u00ed tepla ze spalovac\u00edho procesu. Toto teplo se pot\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed vstupn\u00edho procesn\u00edho vzduchu, co\u017e sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed paliva pot\u0159ebn\u00e9ho k udr\u017een\u00ed oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu. RTO funguje tak, \u017ee vzduch nasycen\u00fd t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami (VOC) je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn do sac\u00edho potrub\u00ed, odkud je pot\u00e9 veden do jednoho ze dvou paraleln\u00edch keramick\u00fdch lo\u017eisek pro v\u00fdm\u011bnu tepla. V lo\u017ei se VOC oxiduj\u00ed a v\u00fdsledn\u00e9 teplo se p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia. \u010cist\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 opou\u0161t\u00ed oxid\u00e1tor a je uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n do atmosf\u00e9ry. RTO m\u016f\u017ee dos\u00e1hnout \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce a\u017e 991 TP3T, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed jednu z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch dostupn\u00fdch technologi\u00ed pro kontrolu zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Jak funguje RTO pro pr\u016fmysl vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch c\u00edvek?<\/h2>\n<p>Pr\u016fmysl vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f tepla je jedn\u00edm z mnoha odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 t\u011b\u017e\u00ed z technologie RTO.
