Tento teplotn\u00ed rozsah je nezbytn\u00fd pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed \u00fapln\u00e9 oxidace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP). Teplota se monitoruje pomoc\u00ed termo\u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f um\u00edst\u011bn\u00fdch v r\u016fzn\u00fdch bodech syst\u00e9mu. Teplota mus\u00ed b\u00fdt pe\u010dliv\u011b kontrolov\u00e1na, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo po\u0161kozen\u00ed syst\u00e9mu a optimalizovala energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost. V pr\u016fmyslu vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch c\u00edvek se obvykle pohybuje mezi 0,5 a 1,5 sekundami. Doba zdr\u017een\u00ed je kritick\u00fdm parametrem, proto\u017ee zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee VOC a HAP jsou pln\u011b oxidov\u00e1ny. Pokud je doba zdr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt k ne\u00fapln\u00e9 oxidaci, zat\u00edmco pokud je doba zdr\u017een\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00e1, m\u016f\u017ee to v\u00e9st k dodate\u010dn\u00fdm provozn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm v d\u016fsledku pot\u0159eby v\u011bt\u0161\u00edho syst\u00e9mu RTO.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u016ftok plynu<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u016ftok plynu je mno\u017estv\u00ed plynu, kter\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159es RTO. Obvykle se monitoruje pomoc\u00ed pr\u016ftokom\u011br\u016f a udr\u017euje se konstantn\u00ed po celou dobu procesu. Pr\u016ftok plynu je kritick\u00fdm parametrem, proto\u017ee zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee VOC a HAP jsou pln\u011b oxidov\u00e1ny. Pokud je pr\u016ftok plynu p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 n\u00edzk\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee to v\u00e9st k ne\u00fapln\u00e9 oxidaci, zat\u00edmco pokud je p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 vysok\u00fd, m\u016f\u017ee to m\u00edt za n\u00e1sledek \u0161patn\u00fd p\u0159enos tepla a sn\u00ed\u017eenou celkovou \u00fa\u010dinnost syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u016ftok proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p>Pr\u016ftok proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed je mno\u017estv\u00ed vzduchu, kter\u00e9 je p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bno do syst\u00e9mu za \u00fa\u010delem ochlazen\u00ed keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia a odveden\u00ed nesp\u00e1len\u00fdch uhlovod\u00edk\u016f. Pr\u016ftok proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed se obvykle pohybuje mezi 5% a 10% celkov\u00e9ho pr\u016ftoku plynu. Pr\u016ftok proplachov\u00e1n\u00ed je kritick\u00fdm parametrem, proto\u017ee zaji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium je udr\u017eov\u00e1no \u010dist\u00e9 a efektivn\u011b funguje. Obvykle se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed z keramick\u00fdch blok\u016f, sedel nebo koul\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou ulo\u017eeny uvnit\u0159 spalovac\u00ed komory oxida\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159enosu tepla z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f do vstupn\u00edho proudu procesn\u00edho plynu. Typ a velikost keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia pou\u017eit\u00e9ho v syst\u00e9mu se ur\u010duje na z\u00e1klad\u011b specifick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb dan\u00e9 aplikace.
