V\u00fdznam RTO v pr\u016fmyslu vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch c\u00edvek<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9my RTO jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro pr\u016fmysl vodot\u011bsn\u00fdch c\u00edvek d\u00edky sv\u00e9 schopnosti efektivn\u011b sni\u017eovat emise a minimalizovat dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. Pou\u017eit\u00ed technologie RTO pom\u00e1h\u00e1 spole\u010dnostem dodr\u017eovat p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 p\u0159edpisy o kvalit\u011b ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a spl\u0148ovat emisn\u00ed normy, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje udr\u017eiteln\u00fd a zodpov\u011bdn\u00fd v\u00fdrobn\u00ed proces.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Princip fungov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Syst\u00e9m RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z n\u011bkolika keramick\u00fdch lo\u017eisek napln\u011bn\u00fdch teplonosn\u00fdm m\u00e9diem, obvykle keramick\u00fdmi sedly nebo strukturovanou v\u00fdpln\u00ed. Kdy\u017e v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (HAP) vstoup\u00ed do oxida\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, jsou sm\u011brov\u00e1ny do jednoho z lo\u017eisek, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e se keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1. Kontaminanty se oxiduj\u00ed p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, obvykle kolem 760 \u00b0C (1 400 \u00b0F), \u010d\u00edm\u017e se p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Rekuperace tepla v RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Jednou z kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch vlastnost\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f RTO je jejich v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00e1 tepeln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost dosa\u017een\u00e1 rekuperac\u00ed tepla. Jak v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny proud\u00ed keramick\u00fdmi vrstvami, p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed teplo keramick\u00e9mu m\u00e9diu.
