Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) je obl\u00edben\u00e1 technologie pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed, kter\u00e1 se \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u011b pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v pr\u016fmyslu ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby oxidovaly zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky v proudu odpadn\u00edho vzduchu a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148ovaly je na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru.<\/p>\n
RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla mohou dos\u00e1hnout tepeln\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a\u017e 95%. \u00da\u010dinnost rekuperace tepla z\u00e1vis\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch faktorech:<\/p>\n
V\u00fdkonnost RTO je ovlivn\u011bna koncentrac\u00ed a slo\u017een\u00edm zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek v proudu procesn\u00edho plynu. Vysok\u00e9 koncentrace zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit tepelnou \u00fa\u010dinnost a zv\u00fd\u0161it spot\u0159ebu paliva. RTO jsou \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi body varu a vysokou reaktivitou.<\/p>\n
Doba zdr\u017een\u00ed procesn\u00edch plyn\u016f v RTO je kritick\u00fdm faktorem pro dosa\u017een\u00ed vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed. Doba zdr\u017een\u00ed by m\u011bla b\u00fdt dostate\u010dn\u011b dlouh\u00e1, aby umo\u017enila \u00faplnou oxidaci zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Vstupn\u00ed teplota RTO ovliv\u0148uje \u00fa\u010dinnost oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu.
