Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou syst\u00e9m\u016f RTO je, \u017ee jsou velmi \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed VOC. V\u00fdkon syst\u00e9mu RTO lze optimalizovat \u00fapravou provozn\u00edch parametr\u016f syst\u00e9mu, jako je teplota v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a pr\u016ftok v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je efektivn\u00edm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro \u00fapravu vysok\u00fdch koncentrac\u00ed VOC v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech. Celkem jsme podali \u017e\u00e1dosti o 68 patent\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b 21 patent\u016f na vyn\u00e1lezy, kter\u00e9 se t\u00fdkaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch komponent na\u0161ich technologi\u00ed. Z celkov\u00e9ho po\u010dtu patent\u016f byly schv\u00e1leny 4 patenty na vyn\u00e1lezy, 41 patent\u016f na u\u017eitn\u00e9 vzory, 6 patent\u016f na pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 vzory a 7 autorsk\u00fdch pr\u00e1v k softwaru.<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e v\u00fdrobn\u00ed kapacity:<br \/>\n\u2013 Automatick\u00e1 tryskov\u00e1 a lakovac\u00ed linka pro ocelov\u00e9 plechy a profily<br \/>\n\u2013 Ru\u010dn\u00ed tryskov\u00e1 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed linka<br \/>\n\u2013 Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro odpra\u0161ov\u00e1n\u00ed a ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed<br \/>\n\u2013 Automatick\u00e1 lakovna<br \/>\n\u2013 Su\u0161\u00e1rna<\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161e automatick\u00e1 tryskov\u00e1 a lakovac\u00ed linka na ocelov\u00e9 plechy a profily m\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed produkci 150 000 tun, zat\u00edmco na\u0161e ru\u010dn\u00ed tryskov\u00e1 linka m\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u00ed produkci 50 000 tun.
