RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je navr\u017eeno tak, aby rekuperovalo teplo z proudu odpadn\u00edho vzduchu a vyu\u017e\u00edvalo ho k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed vstupn\u00edho procesn\u00edho vzduchu, co\u017e vede k \u00faspor\u00e1m energie. Re\u00e1ln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je ur\u010dena schopnost\u00ed technologie dos\u00e1hnout po\u017eadovan\u00e9ho v\u00fdkonu v oblasti regulace emis\u00ed do ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a \u00faspor energie ve skute\u010dn\u00fdch provozn\u00edch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguje RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Popis RTO s procesem rekuperace tepla<\/li>\n<li>Diskuse o tom, jak se dosahuje rekuperace tepla<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Proces RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla zahrnuje n\u011bkolik krok\u016f. Nejprve je proud odpadn\u00edho vzduchu veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zah\u0159eje na vysokou teplotu. Jakmile jsou kontaminanty oxidov\u00e1ny, \u010dist\u00fd vzduch je veden p\u0159es v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla, kde p\u0159ed\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u00e9 teplo vstupuj\u00edc\u00edmu proudu procesn\u00edho vzduchu. V\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla je navr\u017een tak, aby maximalizoval p\u0159enos tepla mezi ob\u011bma proudy vzduchu a minimalizoval energetick\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty. RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla mohou dos\u00e1hnout \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce VOC a\u017e 95%, co\u017e m\u00e1 za n\u00e1sledek men\u0161\u00ed emise a ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady na dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f. Druhou v\u00fdhodou jsou \u00faspory energie. RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla mohou rekuperovat a\u017e 95% tepla z proudu odpadn\u00edho vzduchu, kter\u00e9 lze pou\u017e\u00edt k p\u0159edeh\u0159evu proudu procesn\u00edho vzduchu a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby paliva. T\u0159et\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je environment\u00e1ln\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 1 zahrnuje automobilov\u00fd z\u00e1vod, kter\u00fd byl schopen dos\u00e1hnout sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed VOC o 951 TP4T a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby zemn\u00edho plynu o 301 TP4T pomoc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla. P\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e1 studie 2 zahrnuje chemick\u00fd z\u00e1vod, kter\u00fd byl schopen dos\u00e1hnout sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed VOC o 981 TP4T a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby zemn\u00edho plynu o 251 TP4T pomoc\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla jsou \u00fa\u010dinnou technologi\u00ed pro regulaci \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edho vzduchu z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f.
