Jednou z takov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed, kter\u00e1 si z\u00edskala zna\u010dnou pozornost, je regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00fd oxid\u00e1tor (RTO) s regulac\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu s rekuperac\u00ed tepla. RTO se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch ke kontrole a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) a dal\u0161\u00edch kontaminant\u016f emitovan\u00fdch b\u011bhem v\u00fdrobn\u00edch proces\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>1. \u00davod do <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto-with-heat-recovery\/\">RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla<\/a> \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu<\/h2>\n<p>RTO s \u0159\u00edzen\u00edm proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je pokro\u010dil\u00fd syst\u00e9m, kter\u00fd integruje principy termick\u00e9 oxidace a rekuperace tepla. Skl\u00e1d\u00e1 se z n\u011bkolika komor napln\u011bn\u00fdch keramick\u00fdmi m\u00e9dii, kter\u00e1 st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b absorbuj\u00ed a uvol\u0148uj\u00ed teplo. Jak proud kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu proch\u00e1z\u00ed RTO, t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) se oxiduj\u00ed p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, zat\u00edmco teplo ze spalovac\u00edho procesu se zachycuje a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed vstupn\u00edho procesn\u00edho vzduchu, co\u017e vede k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m energie.<\/p>\n<h2>2.
