N\u00e1sleduj\u00ed ned\u00e1vn\u00e9 regula\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny, kter\u00e9 maj\u00ed dopad na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla:<\/p>\n<h3>3.1. P\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy<\/h3>\n<p>Regula\u010dn\u00ed org\u00e1ny zavedly p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed emisn\u00ed normy pro t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (HAP), kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed, aby pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed modernizovala sv\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek (RTO) syst\u00e9my pro rekuperaci tepla, aby dos\u00e1hla lep\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek. Pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed jsou povzbuzov\u00e1na k investic\u00edm do pokro\u010dil\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a optimalizaci sv\u00e9ho provozu s c\u00edlem minimalizovat pl\u00fdtv\u00e1n\u00ed energi\u00ed a sni\u017eovat uhl\u00edkovou stopu.<\/p>\n<h3>3.3. Finan\u010dn\u00ed pob\u00eddky<\/h3>\n<p>Aby se pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed povzbudila k zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f pro rekuperaci tepla (RTO), regula\u010dn\u00ed zm\u011bny nyn\u00ed nab\u00edzej\u00ed opr\u00e1vn\u011bn\u00fdm podnik\u016fm finan\u010dn\u00ed pob\u00eddky, jako jsou da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00falevy a granty. Tyto pob\u00eddky si kladou za c\u00edl kompenzovat n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s modernizac\u00ed syst\u00e9m\u016f a podporovat udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 postupy.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
