\nRegenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) jsou osv\u011bd\u010denou technologi\u00ed pro regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) z pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f. RTO funguj\u00ed tak, \u017ee tepeln\u011b oxiduj\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch a redukuj\u00ed je na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru.\n<\/p>\n

\nRTO vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed regenera\u010dn\u00ed proces k zachycen\u00ed a op\u011btovn\u00e9mu vyu\u017eit\u00ed tepla generovan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem spalov\u00e1n\u00ed. Syst\u00e9m RTO obsahuje dv\u011b nebo v\u00edce keramick\u00fdch lo\u017eisek pro rekuperaci tepla napln\u011bn\u00fdch teplosm\u011bnn\u00fdm m\u00e9diem, \u010dasto keramick\u00fdmi sedly. Jedna vrstva je oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1na proudem v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, zat\u00edmco druh\u00e1 je proplachov\u00e1na \u010dist\u00fdm vzduchem. \u00dalohy lo\u017eisek se periodicky obracej\u00ed, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e vrstva proplachovan\u00e1 \u010dist\u00fdm vzduchem se st\u00e1v\u00e1 prim\u00e1rn\u00ed vrstvou pro rekuperaci tepla, zat\u00edmco proud v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f je veden do alternativn\u00ed vrstvy k \u00faprav\u011b.\n<\/p>\n
\n\u00da\u010dinnost rekuperace tepla je pom\u011br mno\u017estv\u00ed rekuperovan\u00e9 energie k mno\u017estv\u00ed spot\u0159ebovan\u00e9 energie. RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby dosahovaly vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti rekuperace tepla (vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e 95%) zachycen\u00edm a op\u011btovn\u00fdm vyu\u017eit\u00edm tepla generovan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem oxida\u010dn\u00edho procesu. Pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f pom\u016f\u017ee minimalizovat prostoje, sn\u00ed\u017eit provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a prodlou\u017eit \u017eivotnost syst\u00e9mu RTO.\n<\/p>\n
