RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 technologie vyvinut\u00e1 za \u00fa\u010delem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP), kter\u00e9 vznikaj\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech. Funguje na principu regenerativn\u00edho tepeln\u00e9ho oxid\u00e1toru (RTO), kter\u00fd oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch na vysokou teplotu, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje oxidaci neboli spalov\u00e1n\u00ed VOC a HAP. Teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem tohoto procesu se pot\u00e9 rekuperuje a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu, co\u017e \u010din\u00ed proces energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a ekologi\u010dt\u011bj\u0161\u00edm.<\/p>\n
Syst\u00e9m RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla zahrnuje \u0159adu komponent, kter\u00e9 spole\u010dn\u011b \u010dist\u00ed kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch a z\u00edsk\u00e1vaj\u00ed teplo. Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 vstupem kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu do RTO, kde je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n pomoc\u00ed tepla ze spalovac\u00ed komory. P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00fd vzduch pot\u00e9 vstupuje do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu dostate\u010dn\u011b vysokou k oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP). Hork\u00e9 plyny vznikaj\u00edc\u00ed b\u011bhem tohoto procesu pot\u00e9 vstupuj\u00ed do komory pro rekuperaci tepla, kde p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 teplo p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9mu kontaminovan\u00e9mu vzduchu. Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry, zat\u00edmco teplo z\u00edskan\u00e9 b\u011bhem procesu se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se proces zefektiv\u0148uje.<\/p>\n
RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla m\u00e1 oproti jin\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm \u010distic\u00edm technologi\u00edm n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod. Nejv\u00fdznamn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je schopnost rekuperovat teplo, co\u017e \u010din\u00ed proces energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm a n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm. Proces rekuperace tepla m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu energie a\u017e o 901 TP4T, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k v\u00fdznamn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m n\u00e1klad\u016f pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 podniky. RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je nav\u00edc \u0161etrn\u00e1 k \u017eivotn\u00edmu prost\u0159ed\u00ed, proto\u017ee sni\u017euje emise t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP) a m\u016f\u017ee pomoci pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm podnik\u016fm splnit regula\u010dn\u00ed normy.<\/p>\n
RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v \u0161irok\u00e9 \u0161k\u00e1le pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f, kter\u00e9 produkuj\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 aktivn\u00ed l\u00e1tky (HAP). Je obzvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b u\u017eite\u010dn\u00fd ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm pr\u016fmyslu, kde jej lze pou\u017e\u00edt k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu emitovan\u00e9ho p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b chemik\u00e1li\u00ed, plast\u016f a dal\u0161\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Petrochemick\u00fd pr\u016fmysl tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu emitovan\u00e9ho p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b ropn\u00fdch a plyn\u00e1rensk\u00fdch produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n
RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla m\u00e1 oproti jin\u00fdm pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm technologi\u00edm \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed n\u011bkolik v\u00fdhod. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s termick\u00fdmi oxid\u00e1tory je RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, proto\u017ee proces rekuperace tepla m\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu energie a\u017e o 901 TP4T. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s adsorp\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my je RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu, proto\u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee odstranit \u0161ir\u0161\u00ed \u0161k\u00e1lu kontaminant\u016f. Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s biofiltra\u010dn\u00edmi syst\u00e9my je RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla spolehliv\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a vy\u017eaduje m\u00e9n\u011b \u00fadr\u017eby, proto\u017ee se p\u0159i \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu nespol\u00e9h\u00e1 na \u017eiv\u00e9 organismy.<\/p>\n
RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla je efektivn\u00ed a ekologick\u00e1 technologie pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu emitovan\u00e9ho b\u011bhem pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch proces\u016f. D\u00edky sv\u00e9 schopnosti rekuperovat teplo je energeticky a n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e jin\u00e9 technologie \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a je \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm a petrochemick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu. D\u00edky sv\u00fdm v\u00fdhod\u00e1m oproti jin\u00fdm technologi\u00edm je obl\u00edbenou volbou pro podniky, kter\u00e9 cht\u011bj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit sv\u016fj dopad na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a dodr\u017eovat regula\u010dn\u00ed normy.<\/p>\n
