Energetick\u00e9 n\u00e1roky RTO v\u0161ak mohou b\u00fdt vysok\u00e9, zejm\u00e9na ve velk\u00fdch provozech. V tomto blogov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edsp\u011bvku se budeme zab\u00fdvat t\u00edm, jak navrhnout RTO s rekuperac\u00ed tepla pro specifick\u00e9 aplikace, aby se maximalizovala energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost a minimalizovaly provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Pochopen\u00ed z\u00e1klad\u016f technologie RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Spalovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO (Rekupera\u010dn\u00ed topn\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed) jsou spalovac\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, kter\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vysok\u00e9 teploty k oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP) ve v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plynech. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1sti RTO zahrnuj\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komoru, komoru pro rekuperaci tepla a \u0159\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m. Spalovac\u00ed komora je m\u00edstem, kde doch\u00e1z\u00ed k oxidaci VOC a HAP, a komora pro rekuperaci tepla je m\u00edstem, kde hork\u00e9 plyny ze spalovac\u00ed komory p\u0159ed\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 teplo vstupuj\u00edc\u00edmu proudu v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. \u0158\u00eddic\u00ed syst\u00e9m reguluje tok plyn\u016f a udr\u017euje teplotu uvnit\u0159 RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Stanoven\u00ed po\u017eadavk\u016f na rekuperaci tepla<\/h2>\n<p>Mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla, kter\u00e9 lze z RTO z\u00edskat zp\u011bt, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na n\u011bkolika faktorech, v\u010detn\u011b vstupn\u00ed teploty v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho proudu, pr\u016ftoku v\u00fdfukov\u00e9ho proudu a \u00fa\u010dinnosti procesu v\u00fdm\u011bny tepla. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 p\u0159esn\u011b ur\u010dit po\u017eadavky na zp\u011btn\u00e9 z\u00edsk\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed tepla pro konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed aplikaci, aby se zajistilo, \u017ee RTO je navr\u017eeno tak, aby spl\u0148ovalo energetick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby procesu.<\/p>\n<h2>3.
