Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) se v pr\u016fmyslu \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fd prost\u0159edek pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a jsou speci\u00e1ln\u011b navr\u017eeny k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP). RTO jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za jeden z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit emise nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek o v\u00edce ne\u017e 991 TP4T. N\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed aplikace RTO pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi d\u00edky sv\u00fdm mnoha v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/p>\n
Proces RTO (Rekuperace spalov\u00e1n\u00ed) zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed vysokoteplotn\u00ed oxidace k ni\u010den\u00ed organick\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu. Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed komo\u0159e, kde se kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159ed vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory. Ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e se vzduch oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysok\u00e9 teploty, obvykle mezi 815 a 980 \u00b0C, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje oxidaci organick\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu a jejich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty, jako je voda, oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a teplo. Po sp\u00e1len\u00ed vzduch proch\u00e1z\u00ed keramick\u00fdm m\u00e9diem, kde se teplo p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed z hork\u00e9ho vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu na p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch, kter\u00fd se pot\u00e9 p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159ed vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory. Cyklus se pot\u00e9 opakuje, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se zaji\u0161\u0165uje energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost procesu RTO a \u00fapln\u00e9 zni\u010den\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek.<\/p>\n
Jednotky RTO jsou navr\u017eeny tak, aby spl\u0148ovaly p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 environment\u00e1ln\u00ed p\u0159edpisy vynucovan\u00e9 vl\u00e1dn\u00edmi agenturami, jako je Agentura pro ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed (EPA) a Z\u00e1kon o \u010dist\u00e9m ovzdu\u0161\u00ed. Jednotky RTO dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b \u010distit l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a dos\u00e1hnout tak \u00farovn\u00ed emis\u00ed, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed normy.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou vysoce energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 d\u00edky sv\u00e9 regenerativn\u00ed povaze, kter\u00e1 jim umo\u017e\u0148uje rekuperovat teplo ze spalovac\u00edho procesu a znovu ho vyu\u017e\u00edt k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu. To sni\u017euje provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady a spot\u0159ebu energie, d\u00edky \u010demu\u017e jsou RTO obl\u00edbenou volbou v mnoha pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.<\/p>\n
RTO maj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u010det pohybliv\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, tak\u017ee se snadno udr\u017euj\u00ed a opravuj\u00ed. Maj\u00ed tak\u00e9 dlouhou \u017eivotnost, co\u017e sni\u017euje pot\u0159ebu \u010dast\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny. D\u00edky tomu jsou RTO cenov\u011b v\u00fdhodnou volbou pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 hledaj\u00ed spolehliv\u00fd a efektivn\u00ed syst\u00e9m kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou navr\u017eeny pro provoz p\u0159i vysok\u00fdch teplot\u00e1ch, co\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje \u00fapln\u00e9 zni\u010den\u00ed organick\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu. Vysokoteplotn\u00ed proces tak\u00e9 eliminuje riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru nebo v\u00fdbuchu, co\u017e z RTO \u010din\u00ed bezpe\u010dnou a spolehlivou volbu pro pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Farmaceutick\u00e1 v\u00fdroba produkuje \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin, kter\u00e9 mohou b\u00fdt nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a lidsk\u00e9 zdrav\u00ed. RTO se ve farmaceutick\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k \u00faprav\u011b t\u011bchto VOC a k zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed toho, aby se neuvol\u0148ovaly do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n
V\u00fdroba barev a n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f je dal\u0161\u00edm odv\u011btv\u00edm, kter\u00e9 produkuje zna\u010dn\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). K \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bchto VOC a zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich neuvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se sni\u017euje dopad tohoto odv\u011btv\u00ed na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n
Potravin\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fd a n\u00e1pojov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl tak\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 RTO k \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin uvol\u0148ovan\u00fdch b\u011bhem v\u00fdrobn\u00edho procesu. T\u00edm je zaji\u0161t\u011bno, \u017ee vzduch vypou\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd do atmosf\u00e9ry je \u010dist\u00fd a bezpe\u010dn\u00fd pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n
