RTO jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za jeden z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f pro regulaci zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu, kter\u00e9 dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit emise nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek o v\u00edce ne\u017e 991 TP4T. N\u00edzkoemisn\u00ed aplikace RTO pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f se st\u00e1vaj\u00ed st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi d\u00edky sv\u00fdm mnoha v\u00fdhod\u00e1m, mezi kter\u00e9 pat\u0159\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f, zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed energetick\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguje RTO?<\/h2>\n<p>Proces RTO (Rekuperace spalov\u00e1n\u00ed) zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed vysokoteplotn\u00ed oxidace k ni\u010den\u00ed organick\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu. Proces za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 v p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed komo\u0159e, kde se kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 p\u0159ed vstupem do spalovac\u00ed komory. Ve spalovac\u00ed komo\u0159e se vzduch oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysok\u00e9 teploty, obvykle mezi 815 a 980 \u00b0C, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje oxidaci organick\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek ve vzduchu a jejich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty, jako je voda, oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a teplo. Jednotky RTO dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b \u010distit l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a dos\u00e1hnout tak \u00farovn\u00ed emis\u00ed, kter\u00e9 spl\u0148uj\u00ed regula\u010dn\u00ed normy.<\/p>\n<h3>Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost<\/h3>\n<p>RTO jsou vysoce energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 d\u00edky sv\u00e9 regenerativn\u00ed povaze, kter\u00e1 jim umo\u017e\u0148uje rekuperovat teplo ze spalovac\u00edho procesu a znovu ho vyu\u017e\u00edt k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.
