V tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku se budeme zab\u00fdvat potenci\u00e1ln\u00edmi riziky spojen\u00fdmi s \u00fapravou plynu RTO a zp\u016fsoby, jak je zm\u00edrnit.\n<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Vysokoteplotn\u00ed plyny, kter\u00e9 proch\u00e1zej\u00ed RTO, mohou p\u0159i kontaktu s ho\u0159lav\u00fdmi materi\u00e1ly p\u0159edstavovat nebezpe\u010d\u00ed po\u017e\u00e1ru. Tyto vysok\u00e9 teploty mohou tak\u00e9 v\u00e9st k v\u00fdbuchu, pokud se v syst\u00e9mu nahromad\u00ed ho\u0159lav\u00e9 plyny.<\/p>\n
\u0160patn\u011b udr\u017eovan\u00e9 RTO mohou v\u00e9st k poru\u0161e za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko po\u017e\u00e1ru a v\u00fdbuchu.<\/p>\n
Pokud je RTO p\u0159et\u00ed\u017eeno zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edmi l\u00e1tkami, m\u016f\u017ee to v\u00e9st ke zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00e9mu riziku po\u017e\u00e1ru a v\u00fdbuchu v d\u016fsledku n\u00e1r\u016fstu tlaku v syst\u00e9mu.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
Chemick\u00e9 slo\u017een\u00ed v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke korozi RTO. To plat\u00ed zejm\u00e9na v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b, \u017ee v\u00fdfukov\u00e9 plyny jsou kysel\u00e9 nebo obsahuj\u00ed vysok\u00fd obsah vlhkosti.<\/p>\n
V\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1l\u016f pou\u017eit\u00fdch v RTO m\u016f\u017ee tak\u00e9 zv\u00fd\u0161it riziko koroze. V\u00fdb\u011br nespr\u00e1vn\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f nebo pou\u017eit\u00ed nekvalitn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 korozi a selh\u00e1n\u00ed za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
P\u0159esto\u017ee jsou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO navr\u017eena tak, aby regulovala emise t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), st\u00e1le existuje riziko uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed \u0161kodliv\u00fdch zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch l\u00e1tek do \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, pokud za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO nefunguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b nebo nen\u00ed \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b udr\u017eov\u00e1no.<\/p>\n
RTO jsou energeticky n\u00e1ro\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my a spalov\u00e1n\u00ed zemn\u00edho plynu m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
Pracovn\u00edci, kte\u0159\u00ed jsou vystaveni v\u00fdfukov\u00fdm plyn\u016fm z RTO, mohou b\u00fdt vystaveni riziku d\u00fdchac\u00edch pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed, pokud nejsou zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky \u0159\u00e1dn\u011b kontrolov\u00e1ny.<\/p>\n
RTO mohou b\u011bhem provozu generovat vysokou hladinu hluku, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b sluchu u pracovn\u00edk\u016f, pokud nebudou p\u0159ijata vhodn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed k omezen\u00ed expozice.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
Poruchy za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed mohou v\u00e9st k n\u00e1kladn\u00fdm oprav\u00e1m a \u00fadr\u017eb\u011b, stejn\u011b jako k prostoj\u016fm syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt dopad na produkci a p\u0159\u00edjmy.<\/p>\n
Pokud RTO nefunguje spr\u00e1vn\u011b, nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v souladu s p\u0159edpisy na ochranu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k pokut\u00e1m a pr\u00e1vn\u00edm krok\u016fm.<\/p>\n<\/ul>\n
\u0160patn\u011b udr\u017eovan\u00e9 RTO mohou v\u00e9st k poruch\u00e1m syst\u00e9mu, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee ovlivnit jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost a efektivitu.<\/p>\n
