S technologick\u00fdm pokrokem a p\u0159\u00edsn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi p\u0159edpisy v\u0161ak m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt nutn\u00e9 modernizovat nebo dodate\u010dn\u011b vybavit syst\u00e9my RTO, aby se zlep\u0161il jejich v\u00fdkon.
