Zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed spalovac\u00ed komory k oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch ovzdu\u0161\u00ed (HAP) jejich p\u0159em\u011bnou na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru, kter\u00e9 se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uj\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry. Technologie \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plynu RTO se v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b st\u00e1v\u00e1 st\u00e1le popul\u00e1rn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed d\u00edky sv\u00e9 schopnosti sni\u017eovat zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a z\u00e1rove\u0148 b\u00fdt energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguje \u00faprava plynu RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>P\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed zahrnuje oh\u0159ev vstupuj\u00edc\u00edho proudu kontaminovan\u00e9ho plynu p\u0159ed jeho vstupem do jednotky RTO. To se prov\u00e1d\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed teploty proudu plynu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Adsorpce<\/strong>Vstupuj\u00edc\u00ed proud plynu pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed vrstvou keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, kter\u00e9 adsorbuje zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed l\u00e1tky.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Spalov\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se zah\u0159eje na teplotu okolo 760 \u00b0C. To zp\u016fsob\u00ed oxidaci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP) a jejich rozklad na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 plyny.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rekuperace tepla<\/strong>Hork\u00fd, \u010dist\u00fd plyn vych\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed ze spalovac\u00ed komory pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edkem tepla, kde p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed teplo do p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu. To se prov\u00e1d\u00ed za \u00fa\u010delem sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie syst\u00e9mu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Splnit<\/strong>Vy\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd plyn se pot\u00e9 uvoln\u00ed do atmosf\u00e9ry a proces se opakuje.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Typy \u00fapravy plynu RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed hlavn\u011b dva typy <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto\/\">\u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> syst\u00e9my, dvoukomorov\u00fd RTO a t\u0159\u00edkomorov\u00fd RTO.<\/p>\n<h3>Dvoukomorov\u00fd RTO<\/h3>\n<p>Dvoukomorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze dvou hlavn\u00edch komor: spalovac\u00ed komory a komory pro rekuperaci tepla. P\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch je veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysokou teplotu a oxiduje. Hork\u00fd, \u010dist\u00fd plyn pot\u00e9 proch\u00e1z\u00ed komorou pro rekuperaci tepla, kde se teplo p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed do p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu. \u010cist\u00fd plyn se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/p>\n<h3>T\u0159\u00edkomorov\u00fd RTO<\/h3>\n<p>T\u0159\u00edkomorov\u00fd syst\u00e9m \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f RTO se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 ze t\u0159\u00ed hlavn\u00edch komor: spalovac\u00ed komory, komory pro rekuperaci tepla a p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed komory. P\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00fd kontaminovan\u00fd vzduch nejprve proch\u00e1z\u00ed p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edvac\u00ed komorou, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na optim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed teplotu. Pot\u00e9 je veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na vysokou teplotu a oxiduje.
