Syst\u00e9my \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f RTO nab\u00edzej\u00ed vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fdkon, pokud jde o \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce, energetickou \u00fa\u010dinnost a n\u00e1kladovou efektivitu.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Princip \u010dinnosti<\/h2>\n<p>– <a href=\"https:\/\/regenerative-thermal-oxidizers.com\/cs\/rto\/\">\u00daprava plynu RTO<\/a> Syst\u00e9my funguj\u00ed na principu termick\u00e9 oxidace, kde VOC a HAP jsou oxidov\u00e1ny za vysok\u00fdch teplot.<br \/>\n\u2013 Proces zahrnuje pou\u017eit\u00ed keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, kter\u00e9 st\u0159\u00eddav\u011b absorbuje a uvol\u0148uje teplo.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vzduch s obsahem t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin vstupuje do oxida\u010dn\u00edho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed vstupem, kde je p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n odch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edm proudem \u010dist\u00e9ho vzduchu.<br \/>\n\u2013 Jakmile je dosa\u017eeno po\u017eadovan\u00e9 provozn\u00ed teploty, t\u011bkav\u00e9 organick\u00e9 slou\u010deniny (VOC) se oxiduj\u00ed a p\u0159em\u011b\u0148uj\u00ed na oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd a vodn\u00ed p\u00e1ru.<br \/>\n\u2013 \u010cist\u00fd vzduch je po p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed vypou\u0161t\u011bn p\u0159es v\u00fdstupn\u00ed kom\u00edn.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Design a komponenty<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Syst\u00e9my \u00fapravy plynu RTO se skl\u00e1daj\u00ed z r\u016fzn\u00fdch z\u00e1kladn\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b spalovac\u00ed komory, keramick\u00e9ho lo\u017ee, vstupn\u00edho a v\u00fdstupn\u00edho potrub\u00ed, syst\u00e9mu ho\u0159\u00e1k\u016f a ovl\u00e1dac\u00edho panelu.<br \/>\n\u2013 Spalovac\u00ed komora poskytuje prostor pro pr\u016fb\u011bh procesu tepeln\u00e9 oxidace a zaji\u0161\u0165uje dostate\u010dnou dobu zdr\u017een\u00ed pro \u00faplnou destrukci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch zl\u00fa\u010den\u00edn (VOC).<br \/>\n\u2013 Keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium funguje jako v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk tepla, kter\u00fd usnad\u0148uje absorpci a uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed tepla.<br \/>\n\u2013 Vstupn\u00ed a v\u00fdstupn\u00ed potrub\u00ed je zodpov\u011bdn\u00e9 za sm\u011brov\u00e1n\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu do syst\u00e9mu a ze syst\u00e9mu, zat\u00edmco syst\u00e9m ho\u0159\u00e1k\u016f poskytuje pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 teplo pro oxidaci.<br \/>\n\u2013 Ovl\u00e1dac\u00ed panel monitoruje a reguluje parametry syst\u00e9mu a zaji\u0161\u0165uje tak optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Syst\u00e9my \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f RTO zp\u016fsobily revoluci v oblasti kontroly zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu a poskytly spolehliv\u00e9 a efektivn\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed pro odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch aktivn\u00edch l\u00e1tek (HAP).<br \/>\n\u2013 D\u00edky vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti ni\u010den\u00ed, \u00faspor\u00e1m energie a v\u0161estrannosti jsou RTO i nad\u00e1le preferovanou volbou pro ekologicky uv\u011bdom\u011bl\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>Jsme high-tech podnik specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na komplexn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f s t\u011bkav\u00fdmi organick\u00fdmi slou\u010deninami (VOC) a sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku a na energeticky \u00fasporn\u00e9 technologie pro v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed.<\/h2>\n<p>N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm poch\u00e1z\u00ed z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro kapaln\u00e9 raketov\u00e9 motory pro letectv\u00ed a kosmonautiku (Aerospace Sixth Institute).
