Spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Dostate\u010dn\u00e9 dimenzov\u00e1n\u00ed syst\u00e9mu RTO je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro efektivn\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f v pr\u016fmyslu barev a n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Faktory, jako je objem, slo\u017een\u00ed a pr\u016ftok v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f, by m\u011bly b\u00fdt b\u011bhem f\u00e1ze n\u00e1vrhu pe\u010dliv\u011b vyhodnoceny.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Vhodn\u011b dimenzovan\u00fd RTO zaji\u0161\u0165uje optim\u00e1ln\u00ed dobu zdr\u017een\u00ed plynu a regulaci teploty, \u010d\u00edm\u017e maximalizuje destrukci t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC).<\/p>\n<h2>2. Procesy p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fapravy<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Zaveden\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch proces\u016f p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fapravy m\u016f\u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b zlep\u0161it v\u00fdkon syst\u00e9m\u016f \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plynu RTO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Odstran\u011bn\u00ed pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic a vlhkosti z proudu plynu sni\u017euje riziko zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a koroze uvnit\u0159 jednotky RTO.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pro minimalizaci potenci\u00e1ln\u00edch prostoj\u016f syst\u00e9mu a probl\u00e9m\u016f s \u00fadr\u017ebou by m\u011bly b\u00fdt pou\u017eity techniky p\u0159edb\u011b\u017en\u00e9 \u00fapravy, jako je filtrace, kondenzace a separace.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Optim\u00e1ln\u00ed provozn\u00ed parametry RTO<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Provoz RTO v doporu\u010den\u00fdch teplotn\u00edch a kysl\u00edkov\u00fdch podm\u00ednk\u00e1ch je nezbytn\u00fd pro efektivn\u00ed \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed plyn\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho teplotn\u00edho rozsahu zaji\u0161\u0165uje efektivn\u00ed odbour\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), zat\u00edmco regulace hladiny kysl\u00edku zabra\u0148uje tvorb\u011b nebezpe\u010dn\u00fdch vedlej\u0161\u00edch produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Pravideln\u00e9 sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00faprava t\u011bchto parametr\u016f jsou nezbytn\u00e9 pro dosa\u017een\u00ed optim\u00e1ln\u00edho v\u00fdkonu a souladu s p\u0159edpisy.<\/p>\n<h2>4.
