RTO se pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, v\u010detn\u011b lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, tiska\u0159stv\u00ed, farmaceutick\u00e9 a chemick\u00e9 v\u00fdroby, abychom jmenovali alespo\u0148 n\u011bkter\u00e9. Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho a efektivn\u00edho provozu RTO je nutn\u00e9 prov\u00e1d\u011bt pravideln\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce. Porucha ventil\u016f m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke ztr\u00e1t\u011b \u00fa\u010dinnosti a zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed spot\u0159eby energie.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>Oprava nefunk\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u00e1tor\u016f a dmychadel<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud se b\u011bhem kontroly zjist\u00ed porucha ventil\u00e1tor\u016f nebo dmychadel, m\u011bly by b\u00fdt okam\u017eit\u011b opraveny. Porucha ventil\u00e1tor\u016f nebo dmychadel m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st ke \u0161patn\u00e9mu proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnosti.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h3>V\u00fdm\u011bna po\u0161kozen\u00fdch vzduchov\u00fdch filtr\u016f<\/h3>\n<p>Pokud se b\u011bhem kontroly zjist\u00ed po\u0161kozen\u00ed vzduchov\u00fdch filtr\u016f, m\u011bly by b\u00fdt okam\u017eit\u011b vym\u011bn\u011bny. Po\u0161kozen\u00e9 vzduchov\u00e9 filtry mohou sn\u00ed\u017eit \u00fa\u010dinnost RTO a zp\u016fsobit p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00e9 opot\u0159eben\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>Pravideln\u00e1 \u00fadr\u017eba je z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed spolehliv\u00e9ho a efektivn\u00edho provozu syst\u00e9m\u016f regulace VOC RTO. Preventivn\u00ed \u00fadr\u017eba, jako je kontrola v\u00fdm\u011bn\u00edk\u016f tepla, ventil\u016f, ventil\u00e1tor\u016f a dmychadel a \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vzduchov\u00fdch filtr\u016f, m\u016f\u017ee pomoci p\u0159edch\u00e1zet probl\u00e9m\u016fm d\u0159\u00edve, ne\u017e k nim dojde. Pokud se b\u011bhem kontroly zjist\u00ed jak\u00e9koli probl\u00e9my, je t\u0159eba okam\u017eit\u011b prov\u00e9st n\u00e1pravn\u00e9 \u00fadr\u017eb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce, jako je v\u00fdm\u011bna po\u0161kozen\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed nebo oprava nefunk\u010dn\u00edch ventil\u016f, ventil\u00e1tor\u016f nebo dmychadel, aby se zabr\u00e1nilo dal\u0161\u00edmu po\u0161kozen\u00ed a zajistil se optim\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkon syst\u00e9mu regulace VOC RTO.<\/p>\n<div>\n<h2>O n\u00e1s<\/h2>\n<p>Jsme high-tech podnik specializuj\u00edc\u00ed se na komplexn\u00ed zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch plyn\u016f z t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a na sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku a na technologie \u00faspory energie pro v\u00fdrobu \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fdch za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Tyto patenty pokr\u00fdvaj\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 komponenty na\u0161\u00ed technologie.
