V\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1l\u016f pou\u017eit\u00fdch v RTO hraje kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli v zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed jejich efektivn\u00edho provozu a dlouhodob\u00e9 \u017eivotnosti.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Keramick\u00e1 m\u00e9dia<\/h2>\n<p>\u2013 Keramick\u00e1 m\u00e9dia jsou b\u011b\u017en\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdm materi\u00e1lem v RTO d\u00edky sv\u00e9 vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed tepeln\u00e9 vodivosti a odolnosti v\u016f\u010di korozi.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Struktura keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia podporuje efektivn\u00ed v\u00fdm\u011bnu tepla, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin.<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Volba typu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia, jako jsou sedla nebo monolitick\u00e9 bloky, z\u00e1vis\u00ed na faktorech, jako je koncentrace t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek a omezen\u00ed poklesu tlaku.<\/p>\n<h2>2. N\u00e1\u0161 hlavn\u00ed technick\u00fd t\u00fdm se skl\u00e1d\u00e1 z v\u00edce ne\u017e 60 technik\u016f v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje, v\u010detn\u011b 3 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f na \u00farovni v\u00fdzkumn\u00edk\u016f a 16 vedouc\u00edch in\u017een\u00fdr\u016f z V\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu pro raketov\u00e9 motory na kapaln\u00e1 paliva (Aerospace Sixth Institute). Na\u0161e spole\u010dnost disponuje \u010dty\u0159mi kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi technologiemi: tepeln\u00e1 energie, spalov\u00e1n\u00ed, t\u011bsn\u011bn\u00ed a automatick\u00e9 \u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Jsme schopni simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1me mo\u017enost testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, vyb\u00edrat materi\u00e1ly pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1ln\u011b testovat vlastnosti organick\u00fdch t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin p\u0159i vysokoteplotn\u00edm spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidaci. Vybudovali jsme v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f ve starobyl\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Si-an a m\u00e1me 30 000 m\u00b2.<sup>2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu v Yanglingu.
