Regenerativn\u00ed termick\u00e9 oxid\u00e1tory (RTO) se \u0161iroce pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch pro regulaci emis\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). \u00da\u010dinnost RTO lze m\u011b\u0159it pomoc\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdch metod, v\u010detn\u011b v\u00fdpo\u010dtu tepeln\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti, \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce a celkov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti regulace VOC. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek zkoum\u00e1 tyto r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdpo\u010dty a jejich v\u00fdznam p\u0159i ur\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdkonu RTO.<\/p>\n

Tepeln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm parametrem, kter\u00fd m\u011b\u0159\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost rekuperace tepla. Je definov\u00e1na jako pom\u011br mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla rekuperovan\u00e9ho za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edm RTO k mno\u017estv\u00ed tepla p\u0159iveden\u00e9ho k z\u00e1t\u011b\u017ei. Rekuperovan\u00e9 teplo je rozd\u00edl mezi tepeln\u00fdm vstupem a teplem ztracen\u00fdm z kom\u00edna. Tepeln\u00fd vstup je energie dod\u00e1van\u00e1 do RTO ho\u0159\u00e1kem. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tepeln\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost nazna\u010duje, \u017ee RTO je efektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i rekuperaci tepla, co\u017e se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do ni\u017e\u0161\u00edch provozn\u00edch n\u00e1klad\u016f.<\/p>\n
\u00da\u010dinnost destrukce (DE) m\u011b\u0159\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost RTO p\u0159i ni\u010den\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC). Je definov\u00e1na jako pom\u011br mno\u017estv\u00ed zni\u010den\u00fdch VOC k mno\u017estv\u00ed VOC vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch do RTO. Vzorec pro v\u00fdpo\u010det DE je:<\/p>\n

Mno\u017estv\u00ed t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed pomoc\u00ed syst\u00e9mu kontinu\u00e1ln\u00edho monitorov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed (CEMS), zat\u00edmco mno\u017estv\u00ed zni\u010den\u00fdch VOC se vypo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1v\u00e1 na z\u00e1klad\u011b m\u011b\u0159en\u00ed syst\u00e9mu CEMS a tepla rekuperovan\u00e9ho RTO. Je definov\u00e1na jako pom\u011br mno\u017estv\u00ed destrukovan\u00fdch VOC k mno\u017estv\u00ed vstupn\u00edch VOC, v\u010detn\u011b jak\u00e9hokoli obtoku nebo prokluzu. Vstup VOC je sou\u010dtem VOC vstupuj\u00edc\u00edch do RTO a VOC, kter\u00e9 RTO obch\u00e1zej\u00ed nebo pronikaj\u00ed mimo n\u011bj. OVCE je komplexn\u00edm m\u011b\u0159\u00edtkem v\u00fdkonnosti RTO a ud\u00e1v\u00e1 jeho \u00fa\u010dinnost p\u0159i kontrole emis\u00ed VOC. Vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed OVCE nazna\u010duje, \u017ee RTO je \u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159i kontrole emis\u00ed VOC, co\u017e se prom\u00edt\u00e1 do lep\u0161\u00ed environment\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdkonnosti a dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f.<\/p>\n

Jsme schopni simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. Krom\u011b toho m\u00e1me mo\u017enost testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, vyb\u00edrat materi\u00e1ly pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a experiment\u00e1ln\u011b testovat vlastnosti organick\u00fdch t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin p\u0159i vysokoteplotn\u00edm spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidaci. Vybudovali jsme v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9 a v\u00fdvojov\u00e9 centrum pro technologie RTO a technologick\u00e9 centrum pro sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f ve starobyl\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Si-an a m\u00e1me 30 000 m\u00b2.2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu v Yanglingu. Na\u0161e produkce a objem prodeje za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO jsou ve sv\u011bt\u011b daleko p\u0159ed ostatn\u00edmi.<\/p>\n V na\u0161ich platform\u00e1ch v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje jsme vybudovali pevn\u00fd z\u00e1klad pro technologick\u00e9 inovace a v\u00fdvoj a jsme odhodl\u00e1ni \u0159e\u0161it environment\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my a zlep\u0161ovat energetickou \u00fa\u010dinnost v pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n Podali jsme \u017e\u00e1dosti o 68 patent\u016f na r\u016fzn\u00e9 kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 technologie, v\u010detn\u011b 21 patent\u016f na vyn\u00e1lezy.
