Tento \u010dl\u00e1nek se pono\u0159\u00ed do \u010detn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod regulace VOC pomoc\u00ed RTO a ka\u017ed\u00fd bod podrobn\u011b vysv\u011btl\u00ed s vyu\u017eit\u00edm odborn\u00e9 terminologie.\n<\/p>\n<h2>1. Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost destrukce VOC<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed RTO jsou navr\u017eena tak, aby dosahovala vysok\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinnosti destrukce t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC), obvykle p\u0159esahuj\u00edc\u00ed 991 TP4T. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee syst\u00e9m efektivn\u011b rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 VOC na ne\u0161kodn\u00e9 vedlej\u0161\u00ed produkty procesem tepeln\u00e9 oxidace.\n<\/p>\n<h2>2. Energetick\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost<\/h2>\n<p>\n  RTO jsou d\u00edky sv\u00e9 regenerativn\u00ed povaze vysoce energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9. Teplo generovan\u00e9 ze spalovac\u00ed komory se rekuperuje a znovu vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho vzduchu s obsahem VOC. Tento proces rekuperace energie v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady spojen\u00e9 s regulac\u00ed VOC.\n<\/p>\n<h2>3. \u00daspora n\u00e1klad\u016f<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Vyu\u017eit\u00edm rekuperovan\u00e9ho tepla mohou RTO v\u00fdrazn\u011b sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu pomocn\u00e9ho paliva, co\u017e vede k podstatn\u00fdm \u00faspor\u00e1m n\u00e1klad\u016f pro za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed. Dlouh\u00e1 \u017eivotnost a minim\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1roky na \u00fadr\u017ebu syst\u00e9m\u016f RTO nav\u00edc p\u0159isp\u00edvaj\u00ed k dal\u0161\u00edmu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed n\u00e1klad\u016f v dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu.\n<\/p>\n<h2>4. Dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159edpis\u016f v oblasti \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>\n  Zaveden\u00ed regulace VOC pomoc\u00ed RTO zaji\u0161\u0165uje dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch environment\u00e1ln\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f. Vysok\u00e1 \u00fa\u010dinnost odstra\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed VOC pomoc\u00ed RTO pom\u00e1h\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdm odv\u011btv\u00edm plnit emisn\u00ed limity stanoven\u00e9 environment\u00e1ln\u00edmi agenturami a zabra\u0148uje pokut\u00e1m a sankc\u00edm za nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed.\n<\/p>\n<h2>5. Flexibilita a p\u0159izp\u016fsobivost<\/h2>\n<p>\n  RTO jsou v\u0161estrann\u00e9 syst\u00e9my, kter\u00e9 zvl\u00e1dnou \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu koncentrac\u00ed a pr\u016ftok\u016f VOC. Proces term\u00e1ln\u00ed oxidace rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1 slou\u010deniny zp\u016fsobuj\u00edc\u00ed z\u00e1pach, \u010d\u00edm\u017e zaji\u0161\u0165uje p\u0159\u00edjemn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed pro zam\u011bstnance a sni\u017euje potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed st\u00ed\u017enosti ze sousedn\u00edch komunit.\n<\/p>\n<h2>7. Jsme schopni simulovat teplotn\u00ed pole a simula\u010dn\u00ed modelov\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdpo\u010dty pol\u00ed proud\u011bn\u00ed vzduchu. Jsme schopni testovat v\u00fdkon keramick\u00fdch materi\u00e1l\u016f pro akumulaci tepla, v\u00fdb\u011br materi\u00e1l\u016f pro adsorpci molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch s\u00edt a charakteristiky spalov\u00e1n\u00ed a oxidace organick\u00fdch VOC za vysok\u00fdch teplot. M\u00e1me centrum v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje technologi\u00ed RTO a centrum pro technologie sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed uhl\u00edku z v\u00fdfukov\u00fdch plyn\u016f v Si-anu, stejn\u011b jako 30 000 m\u00b2 velk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobn\u00ed haly.<sup>2<\/sup> v\u00fdrobn\u00ed z\u00e1kladnu v Yanglingu.
