Tyto slou\u010deniny je t\u0159eba p\u0159ed uvoln\u011bn\u00edm do atmosf\u00e9ry o\u0161et\u0159it. Jedn\u00edm z nej\u00fa\u010dinn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch zp\u016fsob\u016f \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed VOC je pou\u017eit\u00ed regenerativn\u00edch termick\u00fdch oxid\u00e1tor\u016f (RTO). RTO jsou za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed ur\u010den\u00e1 k ni\u010den\u00ed VOC spalov\u00e1n\u00edm a v pr\u016fb\u011bhu let se osv\u011bd\u010dila jako \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e1 a spolehliv\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak funguj\u00ed RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed vrstvu keramick\u00e9ho m\u00e9dia k zachycen\u00ed a ukl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed tepla ze spalovac\u00edho procesu.<\/li>\n<li>Zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd vzduch je pot\u00e9 veden do spalovac\u00ed komory, kde se akumulovan\u00fdm teplem oh\u0159\u00edv\u00e1 na teplotu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<li>Jakmile vzduch dos\u00e1hne po\u017eadovan\u00e9 teploty, je uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n do oxida\u010dn\u00ed komory, kde se spaluje pomoc\u00ed katalyz\u00e1toru.<\/li>\n<li>V\u00fdsledn\u00fd hork\u00fd, \u010dist\u00fd plyn se pot\u00e9 uvol\u0148uje do atmosf\u00e9ry.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>RTO jsou navr\u017eeny pro provoz v nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u00e9m cyklu, se st\u0159\u00eddavou spalovac\u00ed a oxida\u010dn\u00ed komorou.<\/p>\n<h2>V\u00fdhody RTO<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>RTO maj\u00ed vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnost ni\u010den\u00ed, co\u017e znamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017e\u00ed efektivn\u011b \u010distit velk\u00e9 objemy kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>Jsou tak\u00e9 velmi flexibiln\u00ed a zvl\u00e1dnou \u0161irokou \u0161k\u00e1lu koncentrac\u00ed VOC a pr\u016ftok\u016f.<\/li>\n<li>RTO jsou energeticky \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9, proto\u017ee vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed teplo generovan\u00e9 b\u011bhem procesu spalov\u00e1n\u00ed k p\u0159edeh\u0159\u00e1t\u00ed p\u0159iv\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho kontaminovan\u00e9ho vzduchu.<\/li>\n<li>Z dlouhodob\u00e9ho hlediska jsou tak\u00e9 n\u00e1kladov\u011b efektivn\u00ed, proto\u017ee vy\u017eaduj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed \u00fadr\u017ebu a maj\u00ed dlouhou \u017eivotnost.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Typy RTO<\/h2>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed dva typy reaktor\u016f RTO: jednov\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 a dvouv\u011b\u017eov\u00e9. Jednov\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 reaktory RTO maj\u00ed jednu spalovac\u00ed komoru a jednu oxida\u010dn\u00ed komoru, zat\u00edmco dvouv\u011b\u017eov\u00e9 reaktory RTO maj\u00ed dv\u011b od ka\u017ed\u00e9 komory. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je tak\u00e9 pravideln\u011b vym\u011b\u0148ovat keramick\u00e9 m\u00e9dium, proto\u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee \u010dasem zhor\u0161ovat a sni\u017eovat \u00fa\u010dinnost RTO.<\/p>\n<h2>Z\u00e1v\u011br<\/h2>\n<p>RTO jsou \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdm a spolehliv\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed VOC v pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch procesech.
